Highly Reccomended!
I spent two nights at this hotel with my 5-year-old son and was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous, understanding (chnaged my reservation on the spot as the mother of my son was unexpectedly joining for the second night), and welcoming. The swimming pool is relatively spacious for a Parisian hotel, and the rooms are modern, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. Despite its proximity to a lively neighborhood, the hotel remains quiet and peaceful at night, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is also a strong advantage—just a two-minute walk from Metro Cour Saint-Emilion and Bercy Village, with its park, numerous restaurants, bars, and family-friendly spaces. The hotel is well-connected, with central Paris easily accessible in approximately 15 minutes via metro.

Amazing Hotel
Amazing Hotel, staff were excellent. Great Hotel for families. Amazing location, main paris attraction are 20/30min away. Underground Parking is across the road, making it really easy. Rooms were clean. Definitely booking again, when we come back to Paris. Recommend this hotel every time.

Especially Jeanette from concierge service in welcome desk give me best support to travel and all information during my staying in pullman hotel bercy. I hope to see her again and merci for all.

Great time in Paris
Jeanette’s welcome desk has great service for our stay in Paris, she delivered warm services for the introduction of the tour and she provided very good instructions for our tour. She is really helpful and friendly, she is really a gem in the service industry.
