Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy

Wonderful hotel in a relatively quiet part of Paris. Helpful and polite staff. I enjoyed my stay. Pros: Close to metro Fast check out/Check out Spa Quiet area Cons: Nothing major really. Just wish for more snack options on the room service menu. Also I called the front desk several times and no answer. Overall, good stay and would stay again.

The experience of staying at Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy was very good. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had many options. The staff's behavior was also commendable. Only the room service was a little slow, and some of the prices seemed a little high. Still, a great hotel overall — I would like to come again.

I stayed at the Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy hotel in July 2024. It was my first time there and my friend and I had a wonderful stay. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and accommodating and as I am an Accor Platinum status member, I got a free upgrade to a duplex suite. The suite was very spacious with wall to wall windows, a very large living room/sleeping area, a big bedroom (which was located on the first floor) and a nice bathroom. The kingsize bed and the sofa bed were comfortable and you couldn't hear a sound from the rooms located above you, so sleep quality was excellent too. The rooms and bathroom were super clean and water pressure in the shower was good. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and we were offered free bottles of water every day of our stay. The hotel is located a bit out of the center of Paris, but taxis and Ubers are always a minute away when you need one. If you're looking for a decent, modern 4 star hotel in Paris, then this is a very good option.

(This is a revision of my August 1 review.) Wonderful modern place to stay, arranged by our tour company for which we are so thankful. Accommodations are very well maintained modern and comfortable. Staff are ALL friendly and very helpful. Special kudos to concierge Jeanette who helped us find "Eric in Paris" guided tours on very short notice and took great care to see that everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Also, special thanks to manager Lise Limon who was a veritable God-send in organizing an ER visit for one of our family, helping with translation and frequent follow-up. Included breakfast was very well done with LOTS of choices for every palate. Location adjacent to Bercy Village means lots of international dining within very easy reach.

I would have rated this as a five was really disappointed because I went to Paris to celebrate my birthday, put this information in the request and there was no mention of my birthday, not when I checked in just before midnight, my birthday was the next day, nor when I checked out on my birthday. Everything else was excellent. You had to book to use the pool which we did and had the whole pool mostly to ourselves till one other guest joined. Breakfast was brilliant, everything you could wish for was on offer, pancakes, eggs to order, muffins , a variety of juices, yoghurts and fruit. I loved the location as well, close to the metro and bercy village. Would return again
