Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel

My wife and I visited Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe in August 2025, our third visit to the property. We had a wonderful stay and want to compliment the staff for their truly outstanding service. We received a warm welcome at the front desk, and the staff was super helpful when we realized we had brought the wrong electrical adapter. We were also made to feel quite special by the restaurant staff at both dinner and for breakfast. The breakfast was great, but those staff “made to order” cappuccinos really got our days in Paris off on the right foot. The property and location are just outstanding, featuring first class accommodations and an easy walk to Arc de Triomphe, metro, cafes, great restaurants, our favorite chocolate shop, and of course the incomparable Av. des Champs-Elysees. You have to check it out!

This hotel was very welcoming. Everyone greeted us whenever we came in or left the hotel. The staff in the dining room were wonderful. Rahul helped us during our breakfast to make sure we had everything we needed for a delicious meal.

Great location, wonderful staff, good breakfast to start your day. Walking distance to Metros, Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower and restaurants.

Fantastic location, the rooms are clean in great condition and mostly importantly it didn't smell of cigarette smoke like so many hotel rooms in France. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. It's very modern and there is nothing quaint about it but there is beatiful historic architecture all around you when you step out the door.

My stay at the Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, the room was dirty, with hair on the bed and no signs of proper cleaning. When I requested a room change, I was told the hotel was fully booked. Hermiona, who claimed to be responsible, did not offer a sincere apology. Despite being a Titanium member with Marriott, I did not feel valued or taken seriously. I ultimately had to cancel my reservation, as the service did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
