Location to the Arc was phenomenal! Additionally, the incredible personalized service from Lavanya each day was outstanding! She went out of her way to check in on us daily and make sure we had plenty of options from restaurants to different the Mt sites! She is a great asset to the Renaissance brand!

Best possible view of the skyline of Paris. Dorin and Godwin make you stay VIP. My daughter’s birthday was a success. Many extras from the excellent breakfast buffet with Omelette station, incredible responsiveness to requests, and up until the last minute getting luggage in a car and off to the airport. If you want to be well taken care of in bustling Paris, your stay is here.

Worst Customer Service Ever

Just an update to my existing review. The hotel after further “investigation” found the posters that were taken from our room. Instead of apologizing they now want our credit card to mail them back to us. Are you kidding me? The posters were stolen from our room and now they want us to pay to return them. Maybe this is their scam? Steal your stuff then if you ask for it back charge you to return it? They should send the posters back at their expense with a huge apology. Do your research and stay somewhere else! Perfect place to stay if you like strangers trying to enter your room all hours of the day/night and enjoy having belongings taken from your room. Worst Marriot experience ever! Gives the entire brand a bad name!

Our family traveled from Seattle, WA to Paris in April 2025—and thank goodness we stayed at the Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel! All because of Joanna, who works there and made our experience truly unforgettable. From my very first call to the hotel, I was connected with Joanna. Through countless emails and helpful conversations, she patiently answered all my questions and helped us craft a personalized itinerary for our first family trip to Paris. Her thoughtful planning ensured we saw as much of the city as possible without overwhelming our 7-year-old daughter. One of the highlights Joanna recommended was a day at the Jardin d’Acclimatation. It turned out to be one of the best days we’ve ever had as a family—so many laughs, adventures, and memories. We would’ve never discovered this magical place without her. She also went above and beyond by calling restaurants to make dinner reservations for us each night. Anytime I ran into a language barrier, she stepped in right away to help and keep everything on track. Every evening when we returned to the hotel, Joanna checked in to see how our day went and offered help with planning dinner or activities for the next day. Her kindness and attention to detail made our entire stay feel effortless. On our final day, we returned from one of our excursions to find our room decorated with balloons, cookies, a handwritten note, and even a caricature drawing of our family out exploring the city—based on one of the outings Joanna had helped us plan. It was such a joyful, thoughtful surprise and the perfect way to wrap up an incredible trip. Thank you, Joanna, from the bottom of our hearts. You are truly the best! We were treated very well by the entire staff. You are to be commended. Our room was upgraded since this was our second visit/stay at this wonderful property. We will certainly be coming back. Location and concierge we very helpful.
