As always lovely staying at Shangrila Hotels! Staff are welcoming and make you feel at home. We had a brilliant time staying for the weekend, the Paris location is accessible to metro and Eiffel Tower. Don't forget to have breakfast or lunch at the Maison Roland, staff are all amazing.

Amazing property, with absolutely stunning garden and breakfast and dinner! The service was very inconsistent and clearely has room for improvement: some of the staff are very welcoming, but some other have been very unwelcoming, arrogant, and are unfortunately tarnishing the experience. The chinese restaurant is as well absolutely amazing. Laundry service is great but pricy. Some area were a bit of disapointment, no ability to lend a USBC charger but having to pay 60 euro for it felt excessive.

Our room was ready despite an early arrival. Our front desk agent and his client service manager were incredibly warm and attentive — even allowing us to take photos around the hotel on a rainy day. The housekeeping team also impressed us with their attention to detail, from the protective table cloth to the slipper mat. Small touches, but they meant a lot to us. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

It's the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Hands down. We had a family suite thing which had effectively 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths. There's a pull out couch in one room which was great for my daughter. The rooms are huge, the bathrooms are beautiful. Water pressure could take off an elephant's hide. Breakfast was awesome; didn't hurt that the hostess looked like a model. I had a drink at the bar every night and they were warm and friendly. The pool is great and my boys really enjoyed it. not sure the other guests loved them but.... A special thank you to Louisa at the front desk who took us up to a rooftop deck to watch the Eiffel tower sparkle. I'll remember my kids jumping up and down in excitement for the rest of my life. And... we could not figure out how to gets the lights to work in our room.... I've noticed that before at Shangri La's... it's a funny thing at this brand. Overall 10 out of 10.
