Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe

The staff were wonderful and ensured everything was taken care of. The rooms were immaculate and well looked after. The location was great and an easy access point for all attractions.

My husband and I had an outstanding stay at this luxe hotel. It is so close to the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, yet just enough away to avoid the crowds. When confirming my reservation the day before, they asked me if we were celebrating anything special, and I told them it was my 65th birthday and we had reserved dinner at Taillevant, which is a 3 minute walk. I don’t know if my birthday was the reason, but we were upgraded to a larger room with a small balcony that had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The service was impeccable. We didn’t dine in the restaurant but there is a lovely bar to have a drink before dinner. I can’t recommend this hotel more highly.

Be aware the Accor price gurantee is a fraud. They are doing everything in their power not to pay out the guarantee. Doesnt matter how solid your case is. In my case they finally compared my price including taxes with a price excluding taxes… Extremely disappointed on their so calles customers service

Have stayed here three time over past three years. Has consistently been excellent. Great location and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
