Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg

I would like to express my appreciation for Alicia, who provided exceptional assistance during my stay at the hotel. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Alicia went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her service truly stood out. I’m very grateful for her support — she is a wonderful asset to the hotel.

We stayed at the Sofitel Paris Le Laubourg.  We love the Sofitel line of hotels.   This one really stood out for us.  The location was really good, especially as this was our first time in Paris.  Close to Fine Dining, Museums and great shopping.  We were welcomed by the amazing staff.  The rooms are very beautiful and quaint. The bathroom was really large especially for a Paris hotel.  The bed was really comfortable. We dinned a few times in the Lounge for breakfast and stopped in for drinks and dessert a few nights.  The lounge is very nice and cozy and the staff were great!.   The food and drinks were delicious as well.  We really enjoyed our stay here, it was perfect.

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel which is very well located! Great attention to details when it comes to amenities placed in the room for the birthday of my Girlfriend. The team is very helpful and no request is to much. Special thanks to the Front Office team for the friendly assistance, Concierge team for the wonderful suggestions and the Guest Relations team (Anne and Team) for the fantastic amenities in the room!

Very disappointed in the customer service at this hotel. Booked through Amex travel for three rooms and the hotel was paid for three rooms. Upon check in, they asked for a card for incidentals which we gave them. When we arrived home, we realized they additionally charged our card for the entire stay despite having pre-paid with Amex. It took over a week to get a response from anyone in the office at which point they said we would need to contact Amex. For a hotel that prides itself on being 5 star- it is not. Their communication and customer service is not good. Plenty of other hotels that value client loyalty and experience in Paris- I recommend you spend your money there.

Great location in Paris and convenient location for shopping. Good service where the staffs are very attentive and helpfull. Beautifull room and a nice Gym.
