Victoria Palace

Fanta and Jean Richard were wonderful staff at the hotel. Breakfast is great, our room was very nice. Hotel has a great vibe. Downside: you can't reach the front desk/housekeeping from the phone in your room. The phone system at the hotel, sends you through prompts then disconnects you. So just know that you have to go to the lobby yourself.

Outstanding hotel in every way! My best friend and I traveled to Paris to celebrate her birthday. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We emailed ahead of our stay asking for help with dinner reservations, and they were very responsive. We arrived early in the morning, so our room was not yet ready. Jesse asked us if we wanted to freshen up until our room was ready and showed us to a spacious bathroom in the gym area and held our luggage for us. She also proactively called us to tell us when our room was ready, which is something nobody has ever done at any hotel I've ever stayed at. We shared an executive room with a king bed. The room was very clean and spacious with two closets, a large, separate bathroom with plenty of counter and shelf space, hooks for towels and really nice thick towels. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to not feel like we were in each other's way. The location was excellent - off a main street and exceptionally quiet. We walked everywhere and could get to everything within 30 minutes by walking - I think there's a metro stop around the corner. Plenty of bistros, restaurants and shopping everywhere. For the service, location, cost and amenities, I HIGHLY recommend the Victoria Palace Hotel!

Lovely room, all the things that are important to us: adequate space, clean and comfortable, excellent shower. The location was excellent for walking to all of the main attractions in surrounding arrondissements. We had a problem with the sink not draining, and it was attended to immediately.

My sister and I stayed for 10 nights and everything was amazing. The stag was fabulous. We had an incredible massage and the breakfasts were delicious. Housekeeping made the room so fresh and clean everyday!!! I already miss it. I would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family. I am very particular and it was fabulous. Location is the best too!!!

Gem! Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, and super clean. Metro stations close make it easy to connect to anywhere you want to go, but would recommend a nice 20-30 minute walk to Latin Quarter.
