Wonderful stay
The hotel made every effort to meet our expectations and everything was great! Our room was a dream and we enjoyed being close to many attractions. An extra hand towel for each guest would make the room service spectacular; hope this can be added without much trouble. We definitely will stay here again in our next Paris adventure.♥️

Friendly staff and a cosy hotel
The room was quite small for 2 people. The twin beds were side by side like a double bed rather than the twin room we requested.

Pleasant business stay
Great stay, wonderful and friendly staff (such as Fauta and Nina). Hotel is clean, comfortable and overall pleasant, with an extended breakfast served.

Fabulous Customer Service
We loved the Victoria Palace. Surprise trip for my 21st Birthday - my fiance asked the hotel to leave something in our room for our check in. He only requested this on the day, and they delivered! I was so pleased & it was the best surprise. Great customer service and a lovely hotel overall - the rooms are immaculate. We would love to return to Paris, and we would stay here again!

Very good.
Everything is great, but in the room I’m staying in—Room 411—there are two bottles of shampoo and one conditioner, but no body wash. It’s a bit strange. So I ended up using shampoo to shower.
