We stayed for the Park City Wine Festival which was held in the plaza next to the hotel— very convenient. Covered parking was a plus as it snowed one night. Our room was clean and well equipped with a full kitchen. Nice Mountain View’s. Comfortable bed. Nice TV and fireplace. We would definitely return

If you can avoid this property...do! Myself and two others occupying three guestrooms had a terrible experience brought on by JD at the front desk. The rudeness and lack of customer service skills was shocking. There's plenty of other fine establishments in the Park City area where you should spend your money.

The hot water is brown coming out of the tap. We couldn’t drink the water thereafter. The Beeping construction trucks start promptly at 7 am. Management couldn’t care about addressing. They wouldn’t refund the last day, even though we left early b/c above. The redeeming feature was the pool and hot tub area which was enjoyable.

Skiing lodge with great location, friendly staff and rapid service - made us super comfortable. We arrived early for the check-in, at around noon, but our room was ready for us and we could early check in. And what a great location - we had an amazing room with the balcony overlooking the main gondola and ski runs! What could be better than putting your ski boots in a room, stepping down three flights of steps and appearing in front of the gondola? We had amazing balcony for apre-ski - watching last skiers coming down the mountain :) Our room had a bit of an issue - the closet door was broken and my husband needed a small fridge for his medicine - all got taken care immediately after we asked - there was a person bringing a small fridge while another employee repairing the broken door! Spa area with sauna was great, as well as hot tub area and a steam room and a pool was great to relax after a day of skiing, we also made many friends :) We ate once at a hotel restaurant, was OK for a sports bar type, basic, but good service and food was decent, but not an extensive menu. The combination of the location, service and convenience - for sure would bring us back at a right price.

My family and I spent three expensive days waiting in line. We waited in line for hours each day for crap skiiing down the single trail that was open. Three minutes of skiiing followed by forty minutes in line. Less than 25% of the mountain was open, and the parts that were open were dangerously overcrowded. We spent more time waiting in line than skiiing. In fact, over three days we spent more time waiting in line than it took us to fly to Salt Lake from NYC. Avoid this resort.
