The front desk is horrible. One person ran the desk. They’re not friendly, but not helpful. It was. They were just overwhelmed at the front desk. The rooms were dirty. They don’t have every day housekeeping. The shuttle guys drivers were fantastic. But I would recommend another property. It just wasn’t very clean and the rooms were a little dingy.

Paid over $1000/night for very standard room similar to what you would expect from an old Red Roof Inn. Tub shower with cloth shower curtain. Old bathroom with one bowl sink. No daily housekeeping! Skiing conditions were awful (not their fault) but offered absolutely nothing to make up for it. Overall dark and dreary. Great location if the skiing is good but that’s about it. Look elsewhere.

The Grand summit hotel is an amazing ski in ski out resort our trip was amazing! Great onsite amenities and is very close to the Red Pine and Orange Bubble. New Years 2026 family ski trip was a blast!

We paid $1458 for 1 night. The only reason I booked 1 night is because I booked the Grand Hyatt in Deer Valley for 3 nights instead of 4 by accident and they were already booked when I wanted to add another night. We had the most amazing experience at Grand Hyatt at Deer Valley and then came to this hotel and it was the complete opposite. Everything was dirty - carpets everywhere, the room, the bathroom. It was gross. The room we were in was quickly infused with smoke from another smoker in a nearby room which was unbearable to stay in. We had to move to another room. In the new room - the safe was broken and we couldn’t use it. And couldn't sleep all night because it faced the hill with the snow removal and snow making all night long. When going to dinner that night while waiting for our uber - I asked the front desk for water - this was around 6:30 pm. She pointed me to the gift shop to buy one - but they close at 5 pm. You don't have any water bottles for guests up front? The staff member checking us out the following morning looked like she rolled out of bed - it adds to the disappointment that you think for this amount of money per night they don't have any criteria on staff appearance. Bottom line - you can't charge prices like a 4-5 star hotel when you are operating as a 2-3 star experience. And Andrew- the manager didn’t even email me back regarding all this. . . Just awful.

The location is wonderful (very close to one of the major gondolas and Canyon Village). The property has excellent amenities (fitness center, spa, pool, on-site restaurant) and it is extremely clean and quiet. Also, the rooms are well-appointed with full kitchens and large bathrooms. Furthermore, the staff is very friendly and exceedingly willing to help. What’s more is that the free shuttle service into town is impeccably on-time!
