We celebrated Thanksgiving at the Grand Summit with family and friends, and it couldn’t have been a more memorable holiday. Our room comfortably accommodated our large group for dinner, and we even had plenty of space for several guests who stayed with us throughout the weekend. It made the whole celebration feel cozy, relaxed, and wonderfully festive. From the moment we arrived at the Grand Summit Hotel until the moment we left, the staff made us feel completely welcomed. The valet team was quick, friendly, and efficient, and the entire staff went out of their way to be helpful. A special shout-out to Darshawn, our bellman—he was incredibly professional, kind, and personable. I saw him several times during our stay, and he always greeted me by name, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly cared for. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more perfect—right at the base of the mountain with three lifts steps away. We also loved having everything we needed right on property: great restaurants, a beautiful pool, steam room, jacuzzi, fitness center, spa, and of course the endless fresh air and mountain views. The only thing missing was the snow—but we know it’ll be there soon, and we can’t wait to come back and enjoy it!

We stayed for the Park City Wine Festival which was held in the plaza next to the hotel— very convenient. Covered parking was a plus as it snowed one night. Our room was clean and well equipped with a full kitchen. Nice Mountain View’s. Comfortable bed. Nice TV and fireplace. We would definitely return

If you can avoid this property...do! Myself and two others occupying three guestrooms had a terrible experience brought on by JD at the front desk. The rudeness and lack of customer service skills was shocking. There's plenty of other fine establishments in the Park City area where you should spend your money.

The hot water is brown coming out of the tap. We couldn’t drink the water thereafter. The Beeping construction trucks start promptly at 7 am. Management couldn’t care about addressing. They wouldn’t refund the last day, even though we left early b/c above. The redeeming feature was the pool and hot tub area which was enjoyable.
