What an absolutely amazing stay at The Chateaux of Deer Valley. It is pure luxury at its best! Olivia is an amazing manager and makes sure you have everything you need. We felt so taken care of and treated so special! The rooms are large and beautiful. All the amenities and even extra care goes into each room. You sink into the most comfortable beds and the property is top notch! Location is great too! Tucked into the wonderful area of Silver Lake in Deer Valley. Don’t miss a 5 star stay here!!

Our visit to The Chateaux for a summer wedding was great in many ways. The reason I’m leaving a review is to highlight two specific staff members : Patrick and Brian.. They were warm, welcoming and attentive to every detail. The Chateaux is lucky to have these two greeting guests and giving shuttle rides to various locations within Deer Valley. I can’t say enough great things about these two gentlemen. We will return to The Chateaux over potentially trying a new resort on our next trip primarily because of these two employees. Thanks again for a great week in Deer Valley.

My wife came here for a conference and I got to be the add on spouse for once. While laid out a bit oddly, this place was excellent. They give you a tour when you first check in so you know how to find your room - pay attention, the halls do not all connect and there are multiple buildings here. The staff was great. The room was comfortable even if it felt like it tried a bit too hard to be rustic. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Bathroom was big - and was a bit odd too having a kitchenette in the area with your sinks. I mean the refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker are right there. There is even a toaster in the cabinet to plug in if you want it. Work desk was a nice wooden desk instead of a modern laminated pressboard special, which was nice since I spent a number hours there working remotely. Parking is $30 a day with in and out privileges through your room key. Be aware, the restaurant provides a free breakfast (as stated on the website) but only if it is included in your room rate. For the conference, the group apparently took the discounted rate and decided not to include breakfast. The buffet was very nice (nicely cooked bacon, smoked salmon, a ton of fresh fruit that was beautiful) for $25 a head, it was just a bit of a surprise. They were very kind about it as we asked when we saw someone else pay.

Beautiful resort. I loved the s'mores kits and loved sitting by fire pit at night. Beautiful views and the resort decor was so beautiful. There was many available hiking TRAILS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE from the resort. The rooms are beautiful and very well cleaned. The staff service was excellent. The staff was very attentive to your needs and made us feel very welcomed. The pool was heated and my kids enjoyed it alot. The breakfast buffet food was very delicious and they had a variety of food items including hot sauce!Strongly recommend this resort and I'm definitely planning on returning next time!!

What an excellent way to start a ski day at Deer Valley! Excellent variety for food choice, especially fresh salmon, croissant & great coffee / hot choco. But more importantly, staff (Billy/Jakum) going the extra mile to make sure we are getting the best experience, visited with us to ensure everything is addressed to the highest service quality. Will definitely stop by again on our next trip to Park City.
