Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Resorts Collection

This was as close to a perfect hotel stay as possible. We were on the "newer" side of the hotel and the room was gorgeous. We booked through American Express Platinum Hotel program and they gave us a generous room upgrade to a gorgeous 2BR suite. Stand outs: warm and friendly staff (truly warm), outstanding food both at the Kitz for breakfast and main restaurant for dinner. We tried the pretzel making (fun and delicious) and yoga (in the garden - a delightful way to start the day!). Whereas other hotels claim to have text responses to requests - this hotel actually responds promptly. We also utilized the shuttle service to go up for a lovely fall hike at Blood's Lake and into Main St Park City. Definitely 10/10!

This Auberge Collection property is well-located within the Deer Valley resort, while still being so close to Main Street that it's easy to make multiple trips per day to restaurants/bars in Park City proper if you choose. The design is so refreshing when compared to the aged and tired cabin-esque designs of older hotels on the mountain. The true standout quality of the property however is the staff. Every single time we stay here, we have the most amazing experiences with every staff member we encounter, and it makes us come back time and time again. You don't find it at other properties, not only in Park City but anywhere.

It was an amazing stay, the room was terrific and every staff interaction was friendly. We felt right at home! Plenty of fitness equipment, personal concierge was a really nice touch and took care of all of our needs

This beautiful and well-appointed inn exceeded all of our expectations, especially due to the genuine and exceptional service from every staff member we encountered. We stayed in a two-bedroom "residence," which is a perfect description for the space. It felt like a true home away from home, fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, a steam shower and tub, and a full-size washer and dryer. An additional perk was the complimentary drop-off and pick-up service they offered anywhere in the immediate valley, which made getting around incredibly easy. We can't wait to return.

I felt like I lived at the Goldener Hirsch this weekend. The staff was consistent, friendly throughout. The highlight was all the fires burning and the cozy spots to hang out. My room was comfortable, quiet and spacious. Honorable mention to the yummy hand soap and the live music at the pool deck. I can't wait to return during ski season.
