Grand Hyatt Deer Valley

We enjoyed our stay at the Deer Valley Grand Hyatt so much! The location was perfect being close proximity to Park City while still remaining quiet. Our room was cleaned very well. The gym was great and well equipped. We loved the hot tubs. Staff is exceptionally nice and seemed to enjoy their jobs. We came in the off season so it was very quiet. Since we’re not avid skiers it was perfect for us! Lots of military perks also! We will definitely come back to stay. Thanks for everything!

Saige / Elvis and their team were excellent. We had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley. The service, ambience, and attention to detail were all outstanding. One thing that really stood out was that they got my kids s’mores kits even though they had already discontinued them. That meant a lot and showed real care. Everyone we dealt with — restaurant staff, bell staff, valet, everyone — was friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful. The pool was warm even in the cold, the jacuzzi was actually hot, and the gym was awesome for a hotel gym. It had free weights, a bench press, and even a smith machine, so I was able to get in a real workout. There was still construction going on around the property, but it honestly was not an issue for us at all. No noise problems, no dust issues, nothing disruptive. It felt very well managed. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with excellent service and a strong team behind it. We would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay with my family—the hotel offers excellent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Harshal made the check-in process smooth, and Kasey and Elvis were equally helpful and friendly during check-out.

From the immaculate grounds to the unmatched mountain views, the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is an amazing hotel. It also meets that beauty with astronomical pricing on each and every thing you can do, see, or eat while there. Take advantage of the free shuttle to Park City, and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere, and the return to the Hyatt to indulge! Just know that ordering even something small to your room (say a cookie or slice of cake) will wind up costing you $30 if you wish to partake. If money is no object? This is a hotel worthy of the experience. A kind and attentive staff is always on hand. Rooms are spacious and appointed with all kinds of thoughtful features (like motion lights by your bed and in the bathroom, to allow for midnight potty breaks without needing to carry your cellphone like a cave-torch. Wifi works wonderfully, and the TV has a built-in chromecast for you to stream all your necessary shows.
