Everything and More
We were taken care of of in every possible way. We had a mixup with our reservation and Angel was so patient and helped us get everything worked out plus more. All of the staff was kind, the food was delicious, and the room was bery comfortable. With us traveling as such a big family, it was an incredible experience. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing Staff
The staff at the Grand Hyatt were all extremely kind, helpful and attentive to our needs. From housekeeping to management, everyone seemed to genuinely want to be there and were eager to help. Given the opportunity, I will most definitely stay again.

This property has 5 star views and a 5 star ranking, but delivered a 3 star experience. Nothing catastrophically wrong, just inconsistent and disorganized. Staff unsure of procedures, program benefits and inattentive. A great place to stay when you’re wanted an aesthetically pleasing location but are not concerned with hospitality.
