Two nights here and the property delivered on every front that matters. The check-in experience set the tone immediately: concierge, bell desk, and front desk all integrated into one seamless, warm interaction. Genuinely gracious service from the start. The facility itself is stunning. Gorgeous patio, beautiful pool, sweeping mountain views. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed — Nespresso, quality electrolyte water, spacious walk-in closets, and bathrooms worth lingering in. I was also there for an on-site conference, and the venue handled it flawlessly. Dining options were good — not the token hotel food experience. One honest note: construction from neighboring developments (Four Seasons and others) does affect some bedroom views right now. It was quiet — no noise issues — but the visual isn’t what it will eventually be. That’s not on the Grand Hyatt, and once that buildout is complete, this property is going to be exceptional. Also worth knowing: Uber pickup can be slow in the area, so plan ahead and reserve rather than hail on arrival. Would absolutely return.

It felt like the hotel is still figuring out how things work. The location also is not near anything and felt far away from anything.

We had an incredible stay from check-in to check-out—everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable and had an amazing view of the Jordanelle that made the experience even more special. The staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and truly went above and beyond, offering great recommendations for local activities and dining. The food was a highlight of our trip. The smash burger at The Lounge was outstanding, and Sushi by Scratch absolutely lived up to the hype—such a fun, unique, and delicious experience that was well worth it. Sunday’s breakfast buffet at Remington Hall was thoughtfully curated, delicious, and definitely worth enjoying. The Nexus lounge game room was another favorite spot at the hotel—it's always a bonus when ping pong is nearby! We loved exploring nearby Heber City and Midway, both of which were absolutely charming towns. Overall, this was a memorable, exciting, and relaxing getaway, and we can’t wait to return.
