Outstanding Service
Conner at the front desk was amazing. We checked in on July 4th of all days and threw him a last minute curve and requested a room change to get two beds instead of one king because we had a late addition of a grandson added to our trip itinerary . Even though the place was packed, he worked his magic and eventually managed to take care of us. During our checkout , had a few questions and in steps Elvis (yes, that’s his name) to save the day. I was kinda making a mountain out of a molehill and Elvis being the professional that he is, talked me down and life is good. Did I mention that the place is gorgeous with great beds!! I’m still waiting to have a bad experience at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, but the staff keeps knocking it out of the park!!

This was not my first time here and I can say with certainty that it will not be my last. I already know I will come back many more times. The place itself is absolutely beautiful the comfort, the details, and the quality are truly five🌟 What makes this place unforgettable is something even more special: the people and the level of service. We were treated like queens from the moment we arrived in a busy weekend ( 4th July) . A very special thank you to Vitor and Elvis for making our stay even more incredible with their kindness, attention, and exceptional service. They truly went above and beyond. There are many beautiful hotels in the world, but very few combine beauty, quality, and genuine hospitality the way you do. Thank you for such a special experience. I have no doubt I’ll be back again and again. 💙

Amazing Staff
Vitor made our stay truly exceptional. From the very beginning, he was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. As a fellow Brazilian, he made us feel right at home, but what stood out most was his genuine kindness and dedication to making sure every detail of our stay was perfect.
