Top tier customer service
The experience I had at this hotel far exceeded all of my expectations. Everyone I encountered here was genuinely a nice person. Though one person did stand out above the rest, Dolly at the front desk went far above what was asked of her to help me. She had no reason other than excellent customer service to help me with my request. This type of experience is what will definitely lead me to stay here my next trip into Park City.

Outstanding experience
What an absolutely amazing experience at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The hotel is beautiful, the scenery is incredible, and the accommodations were fantastic. Everything felt top tier while still being comfortable and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and we had such a great time enjoying the property. We ate at Hidden Ace for dinner and absolutely loved it. The ambiance was great, the food was outstanding, and they had live music from one of the Osmond daughters during our visit, which made the evening even more memorable. It was such a cool atmosphere and a great way to spend the night. We also had breakfast at Remington Hall, and the buffet was incredible. The quality and variety of the food were excellent. One of my favorite little details was the actual honeycomb where you could pull fresh honey for your parfait or breakfast. Such a simple thing, but it was unique and absolutely delicious! I also want to recognize Ethan, who checked us in, and Kasey, who helped us when we checked out. Kasey was especially helpful in reviewing a few charges with us and getting some things adjusted. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Between the beautiful hotel, incredible mountain scenery, great restaurants, live music, clean rooms, and outstanding service, I really can't say enough good things about our experience. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Five stars all the way!
