What is not to love about Park City, Utah? The clean mountain air, bevy of ski resorts, and charming celebrity-filled village are certainly alluring for even the most seasoned of travelers. Hunkering down inside a luxurious villa at the Hotel Park City - the area's only luxury resort property - is the crowning touch to what is sure to be a wondrous escape. The hotel features a collection of two-story buildings containing all-suite accommodations with private verandas or patios, roaring fireplaces, full kitchens or kitchenettes, and lovely scenic views. We stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 11th anniversary, and Nicole went above and beyond to make it special. When she found out why we were visiting, she surprised us by upgrading us to a beautiful cottage suite. Later that evening, we came back to a handwritten note from her and a delicious dessert—it was such a thoughtful touch that really meant a lot. Nicole also helped us get in touch with the spa and made sure we were able to book an incredible couples massage. She was warm, professional, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. The hotel itself is amazing—gorgeous setting, great amenities—but Nicole’s personal attention truly made our visit unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to have her help during your stay, you’re in great hands!

This hotel is one of the finest examples of warm and genuine hospitality, comfort, luxuriousness without feeling pretentious, and set in a beautiful location. Came here to celebrate an anniversary over the weekend after some business travel in SLC. We were upgraded to a beautiful and spacious corner suite. The rooms are large yet still have the coziness of a cabin: plush carpeting, soft leather furniture, fireplaces and wonderful wrap around deck overlooking the golf course and part of Park City Mountain Resort. This was a welcome surprise! I mentioned after checking into Nicolle, at the front desk, that we were celebrating an anniversary and she surprised us with a genuine handwritten note wishing us a happy anniversary, and a delicious chocolate soufflé. Throughout our stay, she and the rest of the staff made sure we were well taken care of. The property is well manicured, clean, comfortable and has everything you would need - good restaurant, relaxing pool, and good complimentary coffee in the lobby. I've had the privilege of staying in some of the marquee, bougie places in Park City, and this property is equally as comfortable, appointed without being performative. I actually found the staff here to be friendlier, they genuinely show hospitality. Thank you to Nicolle and the rest of the team. We look forward to returning!

This hotel is one of the best in the Park City area. We have stayed here more than a dozen times and every time it has been a great experience. We have always stayed in the cottage suites which are detached from the hotel and a short walk. Not a big deal and totally worth the peace and quiet. We have had the typical issues when staying here and the staff has been great and being responsive. Once we even needed to move rooms but they upgraded us for our hassle and it really wasn't a big deal but they really wanted our experience to be above and beyond. We have used the spa several times and the treatments and therapists are outstanding. Getting to the spa is a little confusing but it's worth the minor hassle. Everytime we've stayed here we've eaten at least once at Ruth's Chris. As expected the food and the service were top notch.

Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hotel Park City from April 5-9. We booked a one-bedroom suite, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a luxury cottage overlooking the snowy mountains and a pond. It was amazing to have a full kitchen, two bathrooms, two fireplaces, a hot tub on the patio, a jetted tub in the master bathroom, AND a washer/dryer. Housekeeping forgot to service our cottage one day of our stay and the hotel hot tub wasn’t working, but that’s ok—things happen. Thank you to the staff for a fabulous family snow trip to Park City!

My pre-checkin communications with Chloe and Regie at the front desk were simply remarkable. Chloe is exceptional. These ladies have hearts of gold and are eager to help. I wish them will throuhgout their careers. May leadership take note of their excellence.
