Okay experience.
Front desk personnel didn't not follow through with my small request. No water served in the room. Complimentary coffee time was too short.

My favorite hotel
I have been coming to this hotel for 12 years now and every time I am always so impressed with how well we are treated. This time we came for my mom's 75th birthday and the accommodations were perfect...the service was amazing and prompt. I tell everyone this is my most favorite place for a quick get away from home. Thank you Hyatt Centric staff... you're amazing!

Awesome getaway!
We've stayed at this property three times and plan to return. We love the quality of the room and staff, the cleanliness of the facilities and pool, and beautiful location. Best of all, if you want a taste of the Salt Lake City, it's only a short 30-min drive.
