Hyatt Centric Park City

We loved this hotel! The bilevel room was awesome, my kids loved it! Staff were warm and friendly, very helpful with all our needs. Restaurant is excellent. Overall we had a fabulous stay.

The entire week flew by because every single experience was somehow greater than the last! The Service & Staff (5/5: World-Class) The staff is the heart of this property. They are warm, proactive, and truly make you feel like family. Service is nothing short of world-class. Pre-Arrival & Check-In: The process was spectacular. A huge shout-out to Hamza for confirming our upgrade to the magnificent Bi-Level Suite and making our arrival so smooth. Daily Needs: Requests (extra pillows, towels) via the mobile app were easy to make and delivered with lightning speed. EPC Team: The dining staff went above and beyond. Bogdan, Darius, Amalia, James, and Wahyuni at Escala Provision Company (EPC) are phenomenal and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. The Rooms & Atmosphere (5/5: Luxurious Sanctuary) We were fortunate to stay in a beautiful and incredibly well-equipped Bi-Level Suite. Rooms: The suite felt like a luxurious mountain home, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of activities. Cleanliness: Immaculate and spotless throughout the suite and common areas. Noise Level: Peaceful and quiet, ensuring restful nights. Dining & Amenities (5/5: Culinary Excellence & Fun) The on-site dining at Escala Provision Company (EPC) was a daily highlight. Food & Beverage: The chefs are absolute magicians! Every meal was consistently delicious, warm, and expertly prepared. Special Amenities: The Friday Trivia Night at EPC was a wonderfully fun and unexpected way to cap off our amazing trip. World of Hyatt & Value Our experience validated our loyalty to the World of Hyatt program, with the team successfully securing our suite upgrade and recognizing our status. I’ve been staying at Hyatt Centric Park City while relocating from Los Angeles, and it has truly been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Even the arrival sets the tone — the roundabout and entry are beautiful, and the lobby feels instantly warm with a large fire feature at the center that creates a cozy mountain atmosphere. After a two-day drive, I really appreciated how welcoming the team was. The front desk came out to greet me at my car, helped with luggage, and made check-in easy. Every interaction since then has been just as friendly. The rooms have been outstanding. I’ve stayed in a few different ones now, and each has been spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The fireplaces add such a great touch, and having a fridge, microwave, and a balcony with mountain views has made longer stays incredibly comfortable. Waking up to that fresh mountain air and scenery never gets old. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Park City. The hotel has true ski-in ski-out access with a ski valet, and a major new gondola is opening right next door, which is going to make getting on the mountain even easier. There are restaurants and things to explore right in the canyon, and Old Town is just a quick shuttle ride away. It’s also surprisingly walkable with sidewalks and crosswalks throughout the area. Food and beverage have been a highlight as well. I’ve tried a lot of the menu during my stay — the half chicken, the mushroom ramen with added chicken, the burger, and the scallops have all been excellent. The bar’s seasonal cocktails are great, and the lobby market has been perfect for morning coffee and quick bites. In the evenings, the big outdoor fire pit is a great place to relax, and you can even grab a s’mores kit from the market to enjoy by the fire. Throughout my stay, I’ve consistently noticed how safe and comfortable the property feels. The area is quiet and well lit, the front drive is always monitored, and there’s always staff around, which adds a nice sense of reassurance. Overall, my time here has been fantastic. Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, great food, and a perfect location for exploring Park City. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My family of 6 had an amazing stay here during the off-season. It felt like we had the place to ourselves and the entire staff treated us amazingly. The pool/hot tub was incredible, the game room was fun, the EPC restaurant was excellent, and our room was great! They really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.
