We had a great experience at the Montage. The resort and its amenities are in great condition, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is a big plus - very easy access to downtown Park City but also a very short drive to plenty of nearby hiking and attractions. The food is high quality and there are several options for meals.

Arrived for a long weekend with work associates. Had high expectations about this place based on reviews. Plenty of workers out front to unload bags and valet the car. Were given a room on 7th floor. Took elevator to 7 and the rooms started at 760 or so. Rooms in our range nowhere to be found. Returned to front desk (level 5) who told us "oh you have a room on the low side". We had to take elevator to 6, walk the length of the hotel then take an elevator from 6 to 7. Totally crazy and we had to retrace that route any time we needed to go somewhere. Bellman dropped off the bags and I opened the curtains and actually laughed.... we had an amazing view of a dirt hill without even landscaping. (See photo). We pulled the sheets down and saw either a blood stain or a dark dirt stain about the size of a nickel. Told front desk, which promised to replace the sheets (they did). Prices here are moderately insane ( bought a can of coke in the lobby and it was $7.74) Water was provided. While out sightseeing I asked the hotel to put a couple of soft drinks in the refrigerator... when we arrived back they were not there despite confirmation. Wife took a shower and water flowed all the way to the front foyer, using up out towels for that night to stop the flood. One side of the bed had no free outlets nor any USBs, a shocking oversight at this price point. The other side had one plug, one USB-C and one USB-B. Positive touches were good pillows and humidifier in the room. Common areas were abundant and well-appointed. Restaurants and bars were very expensive for food and drink. Live music on 6th floor.

Fantastic property. Service was top notch all the way around. From valet to housekeeping, everyone was spot on Montage quality. 4th trip to this area and Montage stands above the others.
