Montage Deer Valley

Just wanted to give a shout out to Lexi from Michigan working at the front desk at The Montage in deer Valley on Wednesday, September 2nd… she was so gracious, professional, and knowledgeable about all the fun amenities to experience here… she gave us a run down a fun things to do and quick tour because it’s easy to get lost if you don’t know the layout of the building. It was so fun to visit with her when we were checking in and she totally made our day!

I have been here twice now and the montage is not only breathtaking, the service is beyond excellent! Beautiful and spacious rooms. Highly recommend the montage for personal or professional stays, you won’t regret it!

This is my tenth visit to Montage, and I still thoroughly enjoy the experience. The location remains serene and private, with luxurious and well-maintained accommodations. However, three unique differentiators stand out to me: the pool, the gym, and COMPASS Sports. Montage offers a truly serene spot on the mountain, and the high-quality work of Compass, particularly in biking, plays a significant role in this. Caleb and the team are passionate about ensuring guests have a wonderful time. I rented a bike each day, and they accommodated my specific needs and genuinely appreciated my enjoyment of biking at Bonanza Park and around the trails at Montage. The pool is likely the largest in DV, and the staff is exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond to make guests happy. They play offense not defense. The hotel staff at the front desk and throughout the property are proactive and caring. However, there’s room for improvement in the restaurants and food options. The current selection and availability of restaurants at Montage fall short of the high standards it has set for the overall experience. APEX, in particular, is subpar. I will definitely be returning to Montage. I still love it, but I would appreciate more diverse and delicious food choices.

Excellent resort hotel in the mountains. The property is fantastic, the hotel team make it exceptional. Summer retreat! The room, the pool, the spa and dinning, was all a nice treat.

Paid for a suite but got a room with no view (could only see the valet / car port). Had to call housekeeping to rectify bathroom cleanliness. Front desk check-in was taking "tips" to give better rooms. Obviously, I did not tip well enough. Disappointing overall despite a very lovely property.
