Trellix hosted our Customer Advisory Board event at the Stein Eriksen Lodge. It was a top notch, memorable experience for our executive guests. We'll be back indeed!

We stayed here for a weekend in November. The staff at this hotel are unbelievable. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. I am sorry I have waited to write this review. I want to personally thank Nathalie, Joe, Kyle, Landee, Third, Mike and Brady. I really can’t say enough about how accommodating these staff members were to make our stay absolutely perfect! The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless but the staff are what makes the whole experience top notch. We will definitely be back! Thank you all for making our stay perfect!

Nice older hotel that has been updated. Stayed in 222 on the night of 11/23/25. Great pool area for kids. Our sinks and shower had no hot water. Our standing tub had very hot water…so we showered/brushed teeth/washed faces etc in the tub. I let the front desk know the next morning and they just said “thanks for letting us know”. Was expecting her to offer some type of credit for a hotel of this cost. Did not receive one, but didn’t push anyone.

Stunning setting and excellent service! Stein proved a great location for our Board offsite. And it was the perfect time of year!

The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and cozy. The catered food and onsite restaurant food was amazing. The service was top notch. We've been to many hotels for offsite meetings and this was our best offsite yet!
