Reviews for Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley

Would not recommend in the summer

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We visited the Restaurant at Stein Eriksen. The service was really slow (it took us 3 1/2 hours to have an appetizer, dinner and dessert), the waitress wasn't very nice and seemed very rushed. Also, the food was not great, I had the coriander Salmon and the crust was a bit too much with all the Coriander seeds. The creme brulee had a lot of extra foam and white stuff, where a simple dessert might have been better. Maybe they were short staffed the summer staff is limited, but there were several people standing up front at the hostess station and no one was coming in.

I recently spent a few days at Stein Eriksen Lodge and was very pleased with my stay. The friendly staff, luxurious rooms, and the beautiful grounds all contributed to me getting another stay planned.

The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly! The location was great- close to shopping and restaurants, and hiking. The shopping and restaurants at the Lodge were excellent. Such beautiful views and so many things to see and do! Would definitely return.
