Beautiful properly decorated in true Aegean style, friendly service all around, good facilities. Staff always address us by name, good attention all round, efficient team also. Special Kudos to Eva in restaurant for her mastery in making guests feel at home - she is s a true asset to the team and Panos on front desk for his friendliness and efficiency. Will definitely recommend and revisit !

Unfortunately, our stay at Andronis Minois did not live up to the expectations of a Small Luxury Hotel. The hotel feels cramped, particularly around the pool area, and there are simply not enough sun loungers for the number of guests. The atmosphere was also very different from the peaceful, upscale experience we expected, with a large number of children around the pool and common areas. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The buffet options are very limited, and the à la carte choices are neither particularly appealing nor of the standard we would expect from a hotel positioning itself in this category. What disappointed us most, however, was the way feedback was handled. When we raised our concerns with management, rather than feeling listened to or seeing an effort to address the issues constructively, we felt confronted and treated aggressively. For a luxury hotel, good service should include being able to receive guest feedback professionally, even when that feedback is critical. Overall, the property feels poorly managed and does not, in our experience, deliver the level of service, space, food quality or atmosphere that we associate with a Small Luxury Hotel. Considering the positioning and price point, we expected considerably more.

Outstanding hotel. First class service from a very courteous and helpful staff. Rooms of the highest quality maintained daily. Excellent breakfast catering for all tastes. If we return to Paros we would definitely stay here.

Firstly the front desk team were fantastic, very helpful, responsive and friendly. The room cleaning was excellent. The hotel drivers were good and credit to Alex who took us out for a tour and regular drops to the local towns for dinner. Dinner service at the hotel was good thanks to the charming Angel, the food was OK and the wines were ok, although at least 2 bottles we tried were old and oxidised. Our 1st choice wine was out of stock, so that was disappointing. Breakfast offer was poor. The buffet was well picked over by 09.30 with a sad fruit offering, poor charcuterie, a terrible toaster and the cooked breakfast was not much better. Raw poached eggs, inedible avo on toast, and seriously over cooked omelette. The breakfast terrace was pretty tired in need of maintenance/painting. The breakfast service team were a mixed bag, some mute that ignored our requests or got orders wrong, others, quite attentive and trying really hard. Props to the young ladies that worked on the morning shift and made the coffees and to the pool staff who supplied ice, glasses and drinks. The design of the rooms was very odd. We had a suite with sea views, but we were above another suite, which we looked directly down onto their pool and terrace. Fortunately that room was not occupied, but if it was we would have felt uncomfortable sitting on our terrace if people below were using their pool. The bathroom of our suite was incredibly small. A tiny sink, and no real area to hang our towels. The bedroom was small and stuffy, with 1 tiny wardrobe, that was for hanging, a few drawers and also where the safe was located. For 2 people, one small wardrobe is not sufficient and it was impossible to unpack fully. So we had to use the sitting room for open suitcases, making it unusable for anything else. There was a lot of construction around the hotel, which although was not being worked on while we were there, it was quite unsightly as the property is so exposed. The perimeter walls are all very low and there is very little building or planting to offer privacy. Overall a disapointing 3 star experience.

Nice hotel, rooms are pleasant, pool is a bit too small for the number of guests and chairs are not being cleaned, or guests reserve the beds for the full day without using them. We felt not comfortable at the hotel - it’s difficult to pinpoint exactly what it was, but the atmosphere was not pleasant. Maybe the lack of management - from check in to check out it was all very impersonal - not like other SLH - it felt very indifferent - breakfast was a bit lacking as well - very few healthy choices. Overall the rooms are nice, the atmosphere did not work for us.
