I reserved a room at the Langham-Huntington Hotel, last minute, from the car and it was so easy. Faith answered all of my questions booked the room and Afternoon Tea for the following afternoon. From that moment everything went exceptionally well. We could not have had a better time! Everyone we encountered (Kevin, Luiza, Savannah, Jimmy and others whose names we cannot remember) treated us graciously. The room was luxurious! We had all of the outlets we needed where we needed them. Housekeeping did a great job! Our room was very clean. We were there for the American Heart Association Heart & Stroke Gala. The food and service were excellent. We highly recommend Afternoon Tea and walking the grounds. We left a power cord in the room. I texted the hotel and Marvin replied immediately that it was turned in and made arrangements for me to collect it. We are coming back!

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at the Langham. The staff, accommodations and food were all top notch. We will definitely be visiting again the next time we are in the Pasadena area.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. It was like staying at someone's estate or home instead of a hotel.

I would expect that a hotel billed as luxury in a residential neighborhood - with NO nearby restaurants- would have multiple dining options. This does not. After a busy day out, all that we wanted to do was have a decent, low key dinner. The ONLY venue open was the high end steakhouse, the Royce. My teenagers were not interested, and really, neither was I - it was too much. So they suggested room service. That's ridiculous. What a disappointment.

Everything was above average except a few items. Ice machine on the third floor never worked during our entire time and the paper products in the bathrooms were well below average.
