A stately escape on 500 rolling acres in New Jersey’s Somerset County, Pendry Natirar is where daily life is laced with inspiration and where nature guides us from season to season in splendor. A haven from the bustling tempo of the city’s pace, we have reimagined Natirar’s historic grounds into an idyllic retreat layered with luxury, comfort and endless allure.
Pendry Natirar is centered around a 1912 Tudor-style mansion spanning 33,000 square feet of beautifully restored and redesigned hotel space, featuring 66 guest rooms, including 20 suites, signature dining destinations that exemplify the hotel’s farm setting and culinary prowess, a world-class spa and fitness center, a Grand Ballroom and complementary suite of special event spaces, a 90-acre sustainable farm and endless acres of Somerset County’s most idyllic open land ready to explore and inspire.

Beautiful hotel and spa with amazing amenities. All of this while being a short drive from home. The grounds are very pretty and the staff is exceptional. We had a wonderful dinner at Ninety Acres. Highly recommend!

The spa deserves five stars as does Ninety Acres, one of the on property restaurants. Both are expensive, but deliver five star experiences. The hotel and Ladd's Tavern both have room to improve. Hotel: We stayed in a one-bedroom suite in the new building. We made sure to book a view of the grounds. Nothing about this new building feels special. It is sparsely furnished and ice cold. The bathroom is vast but there are no shelves, no hooks, low water pressure. It's fine, but nothing feels welcoming or luxurious. Public rooms in the old building are inviting and we loved sitting by the fire. I wish this English country house feel was reflected in the new building. Having stayed at actual estates in Somerset, right now the Pendry feels like it's over promising. It's a pleasant setting with some lovely walks. But the farm tour and animal encounter are underwhelming and there are no real gardens to speak of. Ladd's Tavern: Service was friendly if not polished. Hit or miss on food. This place is... fine. But given the prices it needs to do better, especially because it's your go-to for breakfast and lunch on property. If you're going to charge me nearly $30 for oatmeal, it better be delicious. Bacon was paper thin and bone dry so essentially devoid of all the things that make bacon delicious. Decent omelet, solid roast chicken and salads, good but under seasoned beef tartar and chicken liver mousse. Ninety Acres is FANTASTIC. Phenomenal service and food. Well worth the trip. We had a nice trip but I don't think we'd return. I would absolutely recommend locals check out the spa and Ninety Acres.

An exceptional estate surrounded by beautiful nature. I highly recommend a farm tour, time at the spa, and dining at Ninety Acres. A special thank you to Angeline and Hannah at reception, Michele the bellman, Yvans and Isabelle at Ladd’s, Nelson at Ninety Acres, and Melinda from the farm. You truly made us feel at home.

The Pendry Natirar is an absolute dream hotel and property. Those close to me know that this spot holds a special place in my heart as we recently got engaged there. I had planned to write a review on the property but I honestly have no notes. Everything is pure perfection – the rooms, the staff, the food. Do yourself a favor and book a night here.

Went to attend a conference. Beautiful space, amazing food and service. Loved their little farm to table restaurant at the bottom of the hill.
