Andez was incredible
My family of 4 from LI, NY just came back from a week at the Andez, Costa Rica. Incredible! We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa that could not be more luxurious. From the moment we entered the property we were greeted with the most genuine people. The grounds are gorgeous. Food and drinks are top notch, pools are perfect, spa was a dream and we saw so many monkeys and wildlife. We took a day excursion to see waterfalls, animal rescue center, and visit coco beach which was a great town. The hotel set us up with a private driver for the day. His name was Chris and he was great! The restaurants were beyond delicious with so many amazing options including so many gluten free options. The coffee shop was a highlight for us. We were able to get a full lesson on Costa Rica coffee making techniques from the sweetest most amazing man, François. He elevated the experience for our entire family. Not only did he educate us he made the perfect cup of coffee and best cocktail at night for happy hour . My teenagers were an absolute joy to be around with so much keeping them busy. We also visited the Four Seasons for a day. The beach was lovely and so was the property. We did not feel the “double the price” was worth it compared to the Andez. We did however meet a man Alan who has a set up on the beach there. He took us for the best boat ride ever! Another incredible man that showed us so much! Great boat, great experience!!! We loved this resort and everything it had to offer. ❤️

Pure Vida at its finest!
Phenomenal stay at Andaz Papagayo! Everything from the room to the food was perfect. The service is spectacular and everyone makes you feel right at home. Special thanks to JJ, our driver, for being so helpful, and to Ethan the mixologist for the incredible drinks and top-tier hospitality. We enjoyed every second and can’t wait to come back!

Great family vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation. Breakfast was beautiful. The resort is gorgeous and the view is fantastic. Overall was great experience and we would love to come back again.

A Vacation Unlike Any Other
Everything from the food, to the service, to the amenities and beyond, was outstanding! I’ve never experienced a hotel stay like this in my life. I traveled there with a friend who has a handful of food allergies. Every restaurant took such great care of her and we loved everything we ate and drank on property. Shoutout to a number of staff, like Diego and Jason at the Playa de Casa, Ian at the Explorers Club, Edgar and Luis at Chao Pescao, and William at Gaio, to name a few! Can’t recommend Andaz Papagayo enough. Yes, it’s on the pricer side, but it’s worth it. And a stay there is certainly attainable with World of Hyatt points!

Once in a life time experience
The photos do not do this place justice. The service was second to none. The staff so friendly and accommodating. The excursion were amazing as well especially the cultural Road trip and the nature hike with waterfall. I went there looking for a little relaxation but what I received was far greater.
