Truly a once in a lifetime experience! This place is magical. It doesn't feel like real life - accomodations are incredible, only to be outdone by the incredible views. Spa was also fabulous. We were here during rainy season so afternoon naps were perfect. Most beautiful sunset after a rain I've ever seen. Staff was extremely attentive and personable, just a lovely lovely place.

We have stayed at many luxury resorts around the world and AltaGracia ranks up there with the best. The entire experience is first class without being ostentatious. The grounds are perfectly cultivated in a way that is both natural but also spotless and expertly kept (not artificially or fake). The equipment and facilities are all the best quality, for example the horse saddles and stirrups were the most comfortable I have ever encountered. The casitas are gorgeous, with incredible views and the highest quality amenities. However, the star is the staff. Impeccably trained, unfailingly friendly, always accommodating. By the end, they were all like family (in the best kind of way). I also want to mention that the high canopy tree net adventure is an amazing experience. It's hard work but the sense of accomplishment and the views from the net 100 feet off the jungle floor cannot be beat. So worth it!

Incredible 40th birthday trip for my husband! From the staff greeting you with smiling waves as the charter lands in front of the entry building, to everyone greeting you by name, you always feel welcome and cared for. The resort is spectacular. The rooms are beautiful and meticulously maintained, the spa is gorgeous. The food was delicious and fresh, and the activities were authentic, interesting and fun! We were a group of eight, four couples. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to explore the resort independently as well as meet up at the pool, activities, and dinners to enjoy together. We loved the “bar ranchito” and “nature walk” and “crystal bath” Every interaction is highly personalized with each staff member always greeting you by name. Our “compa”, Daniel, was very kind, responsive and thoughtful, he ensured that everyone in our group always had any and everything they requested. I highly recommend booking here!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hacienda AltaGracia to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary with our two daughters, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel not only welcome but truly special. We had many unforgettable experiences, including horseback riding through breathtaking vistas, hiking and swimming in a waterfall, a peaceful river bath, and an incredible hands-on tour of a cacao farm, to name a few. Each activity was thoughtfully curated and added to the magic of our stay. Every element of our trip, from the stunning setting to the personalized service, was designed to help us relax, connect, and create lasting memories as a family. It was the perfect blend of luxury, adventure, and heart. We will cherish this trip forever and will return.
