An unmatched experience from start to finish.
Our Stay at hacienda AltaGracia was amazing from start to finish. The greeting upon arrival made us feel very special. The level of service and attention to detail were like nothing I had experienced before. I have stayed at your property in Hawaii which is also spectacular. You have achieved a level of excellence at your properties which in my opinion is unmatched. Your entire team are phenomenal and truly make the stay very special.

Special place to escape from chaos. A great combination of relaxation and activity. The nature beauty and culture is unmatched anywhere else I have been.

Highly recommended.
It is a remote place, surrounded by tropical forest and local farms, at an elevation high enough to be less humid, less hot, and a lot less(if any) bugs. Service level is excellent. All the food ingredients are locally sourced. We enjoyed learning about the local culture. Comfort and convenience are not sacrificed at any time. I recommend getting a room with a pool - it is fantastic and completely private. It is hard to know how many guests are actually at the resort because the casitas are spread out.

Magical and healing experience
This is by far one of the best locations we have been to. The cloud forest of talamanca mountain is beyond magical. What sets apart this location really is the staff. The manager, Patricia was extremely attentive. The compas, Daniel and Michelle were extremely friendly. Emanuel at the spa, Lis and Andre at the restaurant, BBQ chef Gabriel, and the tour guide Laura were all magnificent. The property is truly one of a kind and the people working at the site makes is even more magical.

Hacienda AltaGracia is simply an amazing resort in Costa Rica and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to take a peaceful and restful vacation. The rooms, food, spa, pools, and everything are truly amazing.
