Checkout delay
I went to check out, advised staff to please take our luggage from room and we would have breakfast then pick up our luggage then leave. I arrived at counter and they did not even pick up our luggage after 45 minutes. Not 5 star service

We have stayed at Crown Towers numerous times over the years, and once again our most recent stay did not disappoint! Everything was top class, from the friendly and attentive service to the facilities and amenities and the accommodation! The Crystal Club always tops off the experience! *BEWARE ***Strong Artificial fragrance pumped through hotel & theatre ** This made the environment inaccessible To me and my family. The Hotel is beautiful , I travel a lot worldwide for business and I like a nice smelling hotel. But this hotel has the strongest I have ever smelt. The strong artificial fragrance triggered breathing issues. • this may affect people with asthma, MCAS, Or sensitivities.

Better than expected for a huge chain hotel
Used Amex platinum hotels program for this and the perks made it spectacular. got a nice upgrade to a corner room with a nice view of the multiple pools which weren’t busy at noonish and had really nice cabanas and other seating. the breakfast was outstanding and only wish we would have gone down earlier as they don’t fool around with their 1030 end time. many breakfast and lunch choices including eggs and coffees to order. odd that water was self serve only and when asked for a pitcher for the table i was pointed to the self serve. another beni of amex was a 4 pm checkout and $135 credit which we used for a nice bottle of wine. very comfy bed and pillows, strong blackout curtains, great selection in the minibar and nice shower. 20 min drive from the airport. would go back!
