Used to be great
Crown Towers has always been a little bit of luxury and great for a short 'staycation' away from the hustle and bustle. Lately the quality of most things has dropped a little, sadly. Not visiting as much because of this.

The rooms are pretty clean and if you are above floor 8 you can get private check in. The epicurean is amazing food yum. Crystal club is like the epicurean.

A cosy luxury stay
We loved our stay at crown towers!! What a beautiful establishment. Our room didn’t have the best view (out the back of the hotel) but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I particularly loved the tv in the bathroom and the beautiful soft line on the beds. The mini bar was very well stocked also. Our only comment would be we would have loved more information on check-in as we had no idea where anything was or that there was actually heated pools outside (we only discovered this before we had to check out). Overall we just can’t wait to book another night here at some point and hopefully book with a better view this time. Thank you Crown!

Comfortable hotel with friendly & helpful team
Large spacious and very comfortable rooms. Hotel runs very efficiently with friendly & very helpful reception & concierge teams. Unusual in a large hotel like this. Team appear happy & engaged which is refreshing. It all makes such a difference when on holiday & wanting to relax. Well done!

One night treat
High end hotel. Not always a feeling of personal touch but would not disappoint anyone looking for absolute luxury. Pool area is broad and offers many options including private areas overlooking the city and swan river.
