What a Hotel this is I can’t praise it highly enough. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we just loved our time with you and want to thank all the staff for their hardwork in making all this possible the food, the pool area the staff everything was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. If I could give this Hotel 10 stars, I’d give it. And I told our Cruise company what a wonderful hotel they booked us into. Thank you 🤩 very

Been here three times and this last time was a massive disappointment. The room view was terrible and for the money it's almost false advertising and rip off. Check in is always a problem with rooms not ready or express check in not working correctly. Six couples got checked in before us while we were waiting in express check in and nobody called us over to get us checked in. I asked for a room with a view before check in and we got a metal roof to look at. These rooms should be discounted or made clear they are rooms that will disappoint every customer. The pool is luckily getting maintenance as is getting cracked tiles etc and my daughter got two cuts from the pool. Our other stays have been great so unless you can guarantee a great room with a view I would not pay the money.

We were fortunate to be allocated one of the Villa rooms, Room 1903, which was spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. There was plenty of room to move around, the beds were extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the Nespresso machine and daily complimentary bottled water. The valet service was also prompt and efficient, which was a great start to our stay. Check-in was less seamless. Our room was not ready by 3:00 pm, which was frustrating after arriving at the hotel. To Crown Towers Perth's credit, we were compensated with complimentary drinks at TWR, which was a nice gesture and appreciated. Unfortunately, there were also a number of areas that detracted from the overall experience. The pool is in need of a refresh, with tiles visibly coming loose. The Epicurean buffet also felt tired and in need of an update, with worn chairs showing clear signs of ageing. The food selection was largely the same each day, and greater variety would have been appreciated, particularly for guests staying multiple nights. Live cooking stations would also have elevated the experience. Having experienced Gastronomy at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, the Epicurean buffet was unfortunately nowhere near the same standard. Housekeeping was also disappointing. On our second day, our room had still not been serviced by 4:00 pm, leaving us without fresh towels after spending time at the pool. On another occasion, used coffee pods and hot chocolate were not replenished, and we had to contact Guest Services to have them replaced. Room service was mixed. The club sandwich was enjoyable, but the pizza was extremely disappointing. Given the price, I expected a significantly higher standard than what appeared to be little better than a supermarket pizza. Overall, the Villa room itself was a real positive, and the prompt valet service and compensation for the delayed check-in were appreciated. However, the service inconsistencies, tired facilities, repetitive buffet offering and disappointing room service meant that the overall experience did not consistently meet the standard I would expect from Crown Towers Perth.

Had a great stay at hotel in order to see the MJ Musical. Check in very quick as we had completed online check in as requested the previous day, and check out also effortless. We stay here pretty regularly and love the rooms, spacious and with full length windows. Always good to watch out for Crown Direct sales for great promotions.

On arrival all my dramas of the morning where left at the valet. Doris took care of our checkin and early arrival The professionalism from Doris was wonderful. Our room was just perfect with the amazing view of the Swan River. Thank you crown and thank you very much Doris .5 star.
