Pan Pacific Perth

I have stayed in many high end hotels in Perth and around the world and would have to say I was pleasantly surprised with Pan Pacific. The service is exceptional. Very clean. The food/ drink selection in the executive lounge is absolutely excellent and one of the best I’ve encountered around the world. Definitely the place to stay in Perth. We had a suite which had beautiful views of the river. 10/10.

It was worth mentioning that this hotel deserved a great praise & highly recommended. My family & I stayed here for five days & it was a very impressive experienced because of the comfort & spotless rooms we had slept on✅️💯👌 Buffet breakfast at the Misto Diner was delightful & well presented. 24/7 Reception staff were accommodating & friendly as well✅️💯. Hotel lobby truly deserved a high praise as well💗

I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unprofessional service at Pan Pacific Hotel. My experience was plagued by a complete lack of accountability, starting from the General Manager and trickling down to the event supervisor and staff like Suresh. Interactions with Suresh and other team members were consistently unprofessional and fell well below expected hospitality standards. The General Manager showed a lack of concern for resolving critical issues, and my attempts to follow up were largely ignored Despite the hotel's 5-star reputation, the management was abysmal. I encountered This hotel seriously needs to evaluate its management structure. I would not recommend this venue for events or stays until they address the pervasive "I don't know, I don't care" attitude from their leadership team.

We have stayed at a lot of hotels around Perth and the world! And from the moment we arrived we were welcomed by accommodating staff that couldn’t have made us feel more at home.They were welcoming, polite and friendly consistently with all staff from the front desk to room service staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and room service is outstanding!!!!Fast and sporting a really good menu with reasonable prices. Secretly without knowing it I think you guys may have raised the bar right across the board that many hotels across Perth would fail to match and to be honest are. Hard work bearing excellent results well done! We will be back . Already booked for New Year’s.

The hotel and finishings are nice - floral displays, stone bathroom countertops which were all modern and gave a luxury feel. You received reusable recyclable water bottles for your stay which I liked and there was a refill station in the lobby. However that's where the luxury ended. Everywhere in the hotel is dirty. Some examples include dust along the top of the bed head, brown splatter marks on the toilet door, and a bin that looks like it had vomit or milk in it before us. The beds were comfy but the pillows were both a hard memory foam. We went to check out the pool which was tiny, had a landlord special paint job that was chipping away and situated in a shaded wind tunnel. It was also grimy and has a gross scum bubbling away. It was pretty gross so we quickly left. We decided to get a drink at the hotel bar and the staff were nice but we noticed when they brought us our drinks that the bartender had the dirtiest fingernails I've ever seen. The buffet was cold even though it was in a Bain Marie and the barista was wearing a mask but coughing and clearly unwell. It's a shame because the hotel itself is quite nice if it was maintained properly. I wouldn't stay here again because of things being dirty and the pool being unusable.
