Pan Pacific Perth

We’ve stayed at Crown for years, but after an abysmal experience on our last visit, my husband, toddler, and I decided to try the Pan Pacific instead. We were impressed from the moment we parked. A staff member who had just finished their shift saw us and helped carry our pram up the stairs, then walked us all the way to the lobby. The front desk and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, neat, quiet, and peaceful. We asked for a cot and had a sturdy wooden one set up in the room within half an hour of checking in. Breakfast was good, not the absolute best buffet we’ve ever had, but definitely solid. Overall, a great experience and we’ll very likely be back.

Very disappointing for a five star hotel. Booked through booking.com as rang as I usually do and it was cheaper on booking.com. Just before we were due to come get a message saying pool being renovated.. room we booked doesn’t have a bath ..145 per night upgrade fee. No thanks. Used steam room on first night and tonight that’s not working either. Got another two nights here.. what else can go wrong? Thumping footsteps in room above .. need ear plugs to sleep. Certainly doesn’t fit five star for me. Should have read a few more reviews.

Recently stayed at the Pan Pacific Perth for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the lovely bathroom amenities. The concierge staff were a real highlight and they deserve to be commended for their excellent customer service throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was terrific with a wide variety of food on offer and barista coffee included. We had a hire car and the included parking next door was convenient and worked well. Would happily stay here again.

Ordinary service. Communication terrible. Managers disturbingly indifferent. Never again.

Front counter Juan and his team was simply amazing! He took great care of us and ensured our stay was pleasant and homely. Good man!
