Ordinary service. Communication terrible. Managers disturbingly indifferent. Never again.

Front counter Juan and his team was simply amazing! He took great care of us and ensured our stay was pleasant and homely. Good man!

We stayed in an executive room with club access. Great size room with a very comfortable bed. Huge bathroom with separate shower and bath. Club room was great. 2 hours of free flowing self serve wine , beers, soft drinks and coffee. A mixture of cold nibbles and some hot ones. All nicely presented and loads of room to sit and relax. Staff were fantastic and even the room service was great with the food still piping hot when it arrived. All very easy to order on the tv QR code.

An anniversary staycation with friends, we opted for club room/lounge access. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The club lounge one of the nicest we've been to, serving a variety of hot and cold food in the evenings and quality wines including Pommery Champagne. We chose breakfast in the downstairs restaurant which had an egg station and Asian/continental and cooked items which were regularly replenished. Coffee and tea is made for you and brought to your table rather than from a machine. A mention to the staff who were faultless from the moment we walked up to the hotel to the time we left, friendly and professional they were attentive and helpful. A perfect staycation.

This hotel was probably the best value for money we stayed in overall. Upgrading to Club Level was well worth it. Lovely food and free drinks all evening - even though limited - but offered good quality wines, beer and soft drinks. We would have loved to have stayed longer!! Hotel room was excellent, spacious and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would stay here again.
