Pan Pacific Perth

booked a room as we were having a one day meeting there. The place was a zoo walking in. They had my name wrong. they said they were going to upgrade me but put me in a accessible room. I went back down stairs and they placed me room that was obviously set up for someone else. I had asked for a feather free room and they basically just dropped a couple pillows and a blanket in my room. had to make my own bed. The room is not set up for business travelers, there is no desk just a sofa and a coffee table. Also the coffee table was not cleaned. there were several coffee cup marks on the table. On a positive note.. the AC cranked! Not sure I will stay here again. Think I will go back to the Westin.

Excellent stay in the Club Lounge with superb food and service. Nina runs a great hospitality lounge and all the staff are friendly and courteous a credit to Pan Pacific. The rooms are large with great bathrooms and lovely products Jo loves… Ideal location for the river. Would definitely stay again

This hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing. Unfortunately, my father got very sick and was at the nearby Royal Perth Hospital. The team went out of their way to make sure me and my family were OK and just a little extra is meant a lot at a particular at least stressful time for example, when I was checking, and I got quite upset, they went and got me some water. When we had to run down and get somethingwe’ve forgotten in the room they just held our car while we ran up to the room to get what we needed. It was these little things from the staff that were above and beyond, but meant so much. I would recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the concierge Stuart and Grant was so helpful ,and mention the guys to pick our suitcases,Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall.”The Club lounge was extremely helpful and food was excellent and has to mention Mina,Veronica,Lucia,Diniti ,Kabila and Donia .Free buses within centre of city and short walk to bus stop .Room was spacious and excellent view of the Swan River .
