Well worth a visit
You can’t really fault it. Visited for my partners 30th which was noted on the booking, got a triple upgrade to the room just below a suite, and a bottle of Moet to the room. Plenty people asking if you need anything or if they can help. Loads of restaurants and bars to choose from, plenty to do. The rooms to us have been quite noisy but that is not the hotels fault. Room clean and fresh. Would 100% recommend and return, a treat well worth it.

Wonderful Visit to Gleneagles
Everything was perfect , all the staff were so friendly throughout the hotel and are an asset to Gleneagles The standard of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel was amazing and the food in all the restaurants we visited was first class ,breakfast was amazing with such a quality and choice of food available We had a wonderful time visiting for our Golden Wedding and will be returning in the not too distant future for afternoon tea, all in all a marvellous experience

Scottish heaven
Amazing hotel, with every luxury you can think of all in one place, for you to enjoy. Whether you are relaxing or trying out a new pursuit, or doing a mundane round of golf - it is not mundane on any of the courses at The Glen, the scenery, set up and post golf food are all worth the trip.

Always the best
Thanks to Daniel and Clinton for organising a special celebration for my friend and former parishioner Sandra. Thanks also to the team in the Dormy and Alisdair later in the afternoon in the Strathearn. The food and service were first class and the extra touch of coffee and cake in the Strathearn was just the perfect ending to our afternoon. Sandra was absolutely delighted with the day and went home feeling a million dollars which is just great after the last 16 months of battling a serious illness. I read recently a book entitled ‘unreasonable hospitality’ written by Will Guidara a well known hotelier in the States. The title can feel confusing to begin with but his main point is to offer a level of service which goes above and beyond what people would expect. I have been coming to Gleneagles for 30 years and this is the standard I have come to expect and always receive. Once again my sincerest thanks, Reverend John Fairful
