Excelsior Congress, Spa & Lido

I had the pleasure of staying here recently and from the moment I arrived I felt completely at home. The staff are some of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. They went above and beyond throughout my stay and made what was a difficult time feel so much lighter. A very special thank you to Giulia at reception who truly became my rock during my stay. She was someone I could talk to every day about anything and her warmth and kindness meant more than I can say. The spa is absolutely beautiful especially in the evening. It is peaceful and calming and the perfect way to unwind. 🧖🏻‍♀️ The breakfast at the café was incredible. Everything was so fresh and delicious and the team even remembered my usual drink each morning which was such a lovely touch. ☕️ My room was spotless and I slept so well every night. There was a choice of pillows which made such a difference and waking up to that stunning sea view each morning was something I’ll never forget. The hotel also has bikes which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. 🚲 Even though I was in and out due to hospital visits I felt completely cared for and supported the entire time. From the thoughtful touches to the genuine warmth of the people here it truly felt like a home away from home.❤️ I will absolutely be returning and next time hopefully just to relax and soak it all in. Thank you all so much for everything.🫶🏻

We had an excellent stay, 37 years after we had honeymooned in Pesaro. This hotel is the absolute best in resort, refined, comfortable and well positioned. The room was super, and all the staff everywhere were polite, friendly and helpful. We will give a special mention to receptionist Giulia who was also a super-kind photographer (!) and waiter Stan who was warm and professional. Hope it won't be long before we return!

Well located hotel with excellent service and nice, clean rooms. We especially commend the staff for all their help, especially Lodovica for two brilliant restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was very good, as was the beachside restaurant for lunch. Only slight negative to our stay was the room a/c not getting below 25C. We look forward to coming back.

We discovered the hotel by chance while passing through Pesaro. Ele at front desk showed us around the hotel and invited us to return for a stay, and we did. It was a relaxing stay. We want to thank the staff and everyone for pampering us. Clean rooms, super beach. A special thanks to Elenora, who was always available and professional. We extended our stay by two nights because we simply didn’t want to leave. We reccomand.

The hotel stay was wonderful. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony with sea view was spacious and overlooked the ocean, and was also private. The spa has a gorgeous infinity pool and hot tub that looks out at the sea. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Parking was easy and we parked on the road next to the hotel for free but there is also onsite parking. Walking distance to many restaurants and being right on the beach was fantastic. Excelsior’s staff were so pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.
