First of all, I would like to thank all the staff I interacted with during my stay, including the check-in staff, doorman, golf cart driver, the staff at the farm, and other team members whom I may not have mentioned individually. Everyone provided excellent service and made my stay pleasant. The hotel offers a reasonable price, and the THB 1,400 hotel credit is a great advantage. The room is spacious and comfortable. I really love the overall vibe of the hotel; however, some areas could benefit from renovation, as the furnishings feel a bit old. One last area I believe has room for improvement is the service speed at the beverage bar. This is not a complaint about the staff member taking care of the bar, as he was doing his best. However, I think the hotel should assign additional staff to assist him, as there are many orders and it is difficult to manage alone. As a result, customers have to wait approximately 10–15 minutes per order.

Staying here now and the hotel is great but giving 3 stars because of the horrible and very disappointing management of facilities at the pool. There is a huge sign requesting guests not to leave their things on day beds or cabanas to reserve them. Yet, no matter how early you come, not a single day bed or cabana is available, things are left everywhere to reserve spots while the people responsible for such childish and selfish behaviour aren't even at the pool - we noticed some even come hours later, totally dry and not even in pool clothes. These facilities should be left available for anyone who is present to enjoy, what is the point of keeping it so-called reserved and unused for so many hours! I have never ever witnessed such madness at a 5 star hotel. We came to enjoy the sun and water but are left scampering for space daily, when there is so much free space around us but unofficially "reserved". When we raised this to the hotel staff, they acknowledged it is a problem yet nothing is really being done to manage it, people are still doing as they wish. Mindless behavior.

As our stay took place during the New Year period, a time of high occupancy, we encountered several challenges throughout our visit. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Khun Champ for his exceptional professionalism and dedication. He consistently went above and beyond to assist us, handling every situation with efficiency, grace, and genuine care. His support played a significant role in ensuring that our stay, as well as that of our family, was seamless, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. We are deeply grateful for his outstanding service, which reflects the high standards and excellence of a five-star hotel experience.

Loved the hotel for a 2 night stay. Very well maintained. Lot of stuff to do inside the place. Large hotel. Very nice pools. The beach was a let down, almost no beach exists. The staff was the best!
