Dusit Thani Hua Hin

We have been visiting this hotel since 1997 and have visited almost every year since (I think that tells a story). As we entered the hotel this time, the staff at the main door greeted us with "Welcome home Mr and Mrs ...........". We were escorted to the club lounge to check in and offered an arrival drink. The manager and the staff are excellent, so welcoming and make you feel immediately welcome. Breakfast is an international extravaganza and no country has been left out. I particularly enjoyed the new Asian corner where the chef made fresh Dosa's most mornings. We ate at all of the restaurants during our stay and every menu has changed since our last stay the year before. The food was exquisite and the service excellent, I can not fault the staff in any way. We will be booking very soon for our visit next year and looking forward to meeting our friends at DUSIT THANI HUA HIN again. If you want a relaxing holiday, with good food and friendly staff this is the place to come.

My recent stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin was disappointing and fell well below the standard I expected from a luxury hotel. We stayed in Rooms 701 and 702, and both shower rooms had blocked drains that caused flooding during use. While the staff were polite and courteous, these basic maintenance issues were not resolved in a timely manner. A more concerning experience occurred at the swimming pool, where I witnessed a guest peeling and scrubbing his feet directly in the pool for more than 20 minutes. After reporting this to staff and asking whether the pool would be cleaned, I was simply advised to use a different pool. I was also told that the chlorine would kill any bacteria. While I appreciate that pools are treated with chemicals, I found the response inadequate given the hygiene concerns raised. Following my stay, I raised these issues with hotel management. Although they apologised, the only solution offered was a room upgrade should I choose to visit again in the future. After experiencing multiple issues during a single stay, I felt this response did not adequately address the inconvenience and disappointment caused. The staff were consistently polite throughout my stay, but unfortunately the hotel's handling of these problems left me with little confidence in the level of service and attention to guest concerns. Based on my experience, I would not consider returning.

Here I am again at Dusit Thani Hua Hin. I lost count of how many times I have been here, but I was still warmly welcomed with smiles and called by my name from the porter, the reception staff in the lobby, the staff in the restaurants, and the staff at the pool terrest. During my stay, I received various conveniences from all the staff, especially from K. Paeng and K. Noi. The hotel has its own private beach. The room was prepared properly and delicatedly by maids. K. Noi and K. Orm also devoted their time to see me off when I checked out. I have booked two more trips here this year. Don't get bored of me.

I had a great stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious and high-quality food in a beautiful atmosphere. Special thanks to Ms. May for her warm hospitality and attentive service. She made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable. I look forward to visiting again.

We spent two nights at the Dusit Thani Hua Hin. The building itself is very nice beautifully designed with a very large fish pond and swimming pool that leads down to the ocean. The rooms are spacious, staff very friendly and helpful and the food is very good and excellent value.
