Dusit Thani Hua Hin

The room was nice with great sea view and there was a welcome drink in the check in step. Even the hotel is a little bit old but it is well maintained and everyone are friendly. There are a lot of activities in the hotel which you can join for free and there are many options of restaurants that you can enjoy over there. What’s I really like is swimming pool. It was a big pool and you can enjoy this. Also as the hotel is next to the beach and it is quite private beach. It was nice experience to stay over there. The breakfast is good with various food and it is delicious. Anyways this hotel is a little bit far from the downtown of Hua Hin. It is about 10 km from downtown. But they have everything in here even a spa. It was like one stop service over there for you. Recommend to stay here.

Our second trip to this hotel and it was even better than the last. This time we booked club ocean view room and it was worth it. Not being big drinkers we didn't use the club lounge much, only popping in for a cup of tea and snacks a couple of times. But for us the private breakfast room was well worth it, alongside 3 pieces of laundry free per day. We loved the ocean and pool view. The bed was super comfy with lovely pillows. This time we tried nomada restaurant and were so impressed by the tenderloin steak, we went back a second time! We also tried San Marco on the last night which was fantastic also. For both restaurants I would recommend you list your kids menu too as some families might not go thinking the menu is a bit fancy for young children. Its the reason we didn't try these restaurants last time. I also enjoyed the spa this time. The staff were lovely. I had the signature oil massage - buy one get one free for club room. I had had a migraine for a week and literally had this on the first day and the headache has not come back. Thank you! We also enjoyed a visit to the farm this time which my boy really enjoyed. He loved feeding the funny goat and collecting an egg! My only recommendations for the hotel are ; 1) improve kids menu for room service 2) maybe plant some pond plants next to nomada restaurant - there's a sort of disused area that could be made more attractive. 3) Trickiest one - fix he grouting in the kds pool and try to make the steps in the big pool smoother as they scratched my kids feet a couple of times. But really overall we all had a fantastic time. Thank you to all the kind staff - particular shout outs to the breakfast staff, laundry and room service ladies, pool serving staff, bell boys and club lounge staff.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from the friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious choices to suit everyone. The breakfast team provided great service and made each morning very enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly enjoyed our time and look forward to returning again.

We have been visiting this hotel since 1997 and have visited almost every year since (I think that tells a story). As we entered the hotel this time, the staff at the main door greeted us with "Welcome home Mr and Mrs ...........". We were escorted to the club lounge to check in and offered an arrival drink. The manager and the staff are excellent, so welcoming and make you feel immediately welcome. Breakfast is an international extravaganza and no country has been left out. I particularly enjoyed the new Asian corner where the chef made fresh Dosa's most mornings. We ate at all of the restaurants during our stay and every menu has changed since our last stay the year before. The food was exquisite and the service excellent, I can not fault the staff in any way. We will be booking very soon for our visit next year and looking forward to meeting our friends at DUSIT THANI HUA HIN again. If you want a relaxing holiday, with good food and friendly staff this is the place to come.

My recent stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin was disappointing and fell well below the standard I expected from a luxury hotel. We stayed in Rooms 701 and 702, and both shower rooms had blocked drains that caused flooding during use. While the staff were polite and courteous, these basic maintenance issues were not resolved in a timely manner. A more concerning experience occurred at the swimming pool, where I witnessed a guest peeling and scrubbing his feet directly in the pool for more than 20 minutes. After reporting this to staff and asking whether the pool would be cleaned, I was simply advised to use a different pool. I was also told that the chlorine would kill any bacteria. While I appreciate that pools are treated with chemicals, I found the response inadequate given the hygiene concerns raised. Following my stay, I raised these issues with hotel management. Although they apologised, the only solution offered was a room upgrade should I choose to visit again in the future. After experiencing multiple issues during a single stay, I felt this response did not adequately address the inconvenience and disappointment caused. The staff were consistently polite throughout my stay, but unfortunately the hotel's handling of these problems left me with little confidence in the level of service and attention to guest concerns. Based on my experience, I would not consider returning.
