Superb staff and accommodations
The AKA Rittenhouse is an outstanding property in many ways. The apartment we stayed in was beautiful, immaculate, very functional and well-equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and the space was quiet and felt very private. The property is so well located, with the park, shopping and dining within easy walking distance. The gym, while small, has everything we needed for a good workout. The staff, however, was beyond amazing. Maria checked me in and went so far out of her way to find a room that suited my needs. She was gracious, friendly, kind, and efficient. The doorman, Greg, was a foundation of information and took immense pleasure in suggesting restaurants, providing directions, and just generally demonstrating Philadelphia hospitality. When our son checked in a couple of nights after I did, Wister was so friendly, helpful and extremely kind and accommodating. I will hope to never stay anywhere else on future visits to Philly. These people really made the AKA feel like a home away from home.

Rooms and staff are amazing
The rooms were very clean and quiet. The staff were amazing! Wister was extremely helpful and nice. Will definitely like to stay here again when I plan an actual vacation.

Awesome Stay at AKA!
The location, cleanliness and exceptional customer service provided by Juliet makes this hotel one of my favorite spots to stay in Philly. I will certainly be coming back to the AKA Rittenhouse.
