We had a wonderful visit to AKA Rittenhouse, and it began with above and beyond service from Wister, who made us feel like welcome guests. We hope Wister takes care of us during our next stay.

We didn't know until we checked in that the hotel is also an apartment building. The location is great--close to many restaurants and stores, across the street from Rittenhouse Square, a public park, and convenient to public transportation. The hotel is generous with towels and water. Wister at the front desk was very welcoming and pleasant and very helpful with suggestions about restaurants. The hotel is also an apartment building and there are washers and dryers for use downstairs. The negatives are the street noises and the very small bathroom.

Home?:* With the on-site cinema, fitness center, meeting rooms, and laundry, we often forget we have an actual house. Each room has its own dedicated router/wifi. Service was outstanding! Every request quickly and pleasantly fulfilled. 2 bedrooms suite was spacious and comfortable!! Great location! Manager Bianca was so professional. Restaurant at hotel I woukd skip. Much better restaurant in the area
