Exceptional Hospitality from Start to Finish
Exceptional stay from start to finish. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming. The sandalwood scent throughout the lobby was a really nice touch and made a great first impression. Greg greeted us at the door and immediately made us feel welcome. Wister and the rest of the staff made check-in quick and easy, and everyone was attentive, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful experience and felt the level of service was well worth it. Thank you to Wister, Greg, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back.

This place is five star! Must stay. Love the name—reminds me of my sorority! Just know it’s a busy hotel and you may have to wait to check in if arriving prior to 3pm as I did and had to wait for 3 hours in the lobby and paying an early arrival fee but it was only $30…after I got a shower and a nap, I truly appreciated Greg & Bianca’s service especially. Thank you for helping me in enjoying Philly for the first time!!

Best stay in Philadelpia
Excellent location downtown - in a very nice and very safe area. Walking was easy, driving too with parking right across the street. The room was great, spacious, and with excellent finishes. All the staff were incredibly friendly, from Greg to Juliet, and everyone else who helped us.

Wonderful staff & location & amazing upgrade
The room we got was incredibly spacious and was a lovely corner unit overlooking Rittenhouse Square. The staff is incredibly friendly and helps think of everything. The location is very good and central to many things Philly. The only downsides are that the bathroom is a little small and the breakfast options are limited though they are well cooked. All facilities are clean and there is even a free amenity pass to a nearby Aka hotel that features a full indoor pool and more luxurious gym

Exceptional service
Bianca and the entire team at AKA Rittenhouse were amazing! The level of customer service, kindness, and professionalism were so impressive. And the one bedroom apartment was excellent for a long stay. And finally, the location was perfect!
