Perfect location and superb customer service
We stayed at AKA Rittenhouse for a mother-daughter trip to Philadelphia. The location was perfect - right next to or easy walking distance to many of our chosen bars and restaurants and activities like sightseeing and visiting a spa. Our rooms were also fantastic. We had a two bedroom suite, which meant that we each had our own space though also a shared area, including kitchen. The views from our suite were amazing! While we felt like we were in the heart of the city, our suite was calm, clean and comfortable for when we needed some quiet time. Best of all was the customer service. We received pre-arrival personalised tips (like where to go for the good ice cream) and support all the way through. When a flight was delayed, for example, the AKA team helped to reschedule our dinner reservations. Special thanks to Breanna, Bianca, Wister, Juliet, and the whole team for making our stay special and seamless.
