nice place, great staff
From the start, with a great welcome from Wister at the front desk, the experience at the aka Rittenhouse Square was excellent. All of the staff are professional and kind. I had an AMEX reservation and was upgraded to a suite that can better be described as an apartment. It is well equipped. The location is great, however the square is popular and it can get noisy, but it quiets down by 9:30 PM. Had room service from aka kitchen and it was delicious.

Superb hotel in the heart of Phili
Exceeded my expectations. Wister at the front desk was cheerful, welcoming and helpful. The suite was spacious and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable I overslept. The perks as a capital one customer (2 free cocktails at the restaurant and $50 off dinner) was unexpected.

A+ for aka
Exceeds expectations. Room was huge and awesome and came with views of the park. There was a farmers market and open streets while we stayed so you couldn’t ask for a better location. The drinks at the bar were great and the food at the restaurant was superb. Juliet made check in a breeze. Wister was helpful for every question or suggestion throughout our stay, and Greg is a doorman you only expect to see in movies.

Fabulous and friendly service
I recently visited my sister, who is staying at the AKA in Philly while her home is renovated, and was greeted both at the front door and at the front desk with a very warm welcome. Wister, who was at front desk, was so helpful, kind and professional in all our interactions - he really knows the meaning of hospitality! I have never stayed in an AKA hotel before but if this is indicative of the level of service I can expect at it’s other locals, I will most definitely be looking to stay at AKA’s elsewhere as well.

Incredible stay!
We had the best stay at the AKA Rittenhouse Square. The staff were incredible - so kind and accommodating. A special thank you to Greg who made our stay so special. Greg was so helpful - he gave us great recommendations and treated our daughter like a princess. Our room was fantastic - spacious and had everything we needed. It was a great stay!
