AKA Rittenhouse Square

Booked with the Amex Platinum hotel program. Upgrade to a very large apartment with entry room kitchen living room office big bedroom and bathroom with bath/shower. The location is fantastic and we walked down Walnut 20 mins to the historic area. The Square is lovely and has a large Saturday farmers market complete with Amish farmers. Everything is nearby and Ubers are surprisingly affordable. No need for a car. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Stayed a week for a business trip. Got upgraded to a suite. From the moment I arrived, Wister made me feel welcomed. He is very kind and professional. As I returned from work every day, it was such a pleasure to see him at the front desk. He makes this place feel like home. Greg is so knowledgeable and super helpful. He helped me choose a lot of places to dine and shop at. Lauren is also a lovely person and very professional and thoughtful. Everyone that works in the restaurant and the bar is so professional and nice to talk to. The food and drinks are great. The maintenance man and the housekeeping staff are all very nice as well. We stayed for two nights at the AKA Rittenhouse last weekend. We had a great stay highlighted by the outstanding service and location- right in the middle of our fav part of Philly. In particular the front desk and bellman went above and beyond. We will be back.

18th street location has amazing customer service. Wister was helpful, courteous and delightful and all you could ask for from a concierge . Greg goes out of his way to get you anything you need. The entire staff experience was the best part of our stay.

Exceptional stay from start to finish. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming. The sandalwood scent throughout the lobby was a really nice touch and made a great first impression. Greg greeted us at the door and immediately made us feel welcome. Wister and the rest of the staff made check-in quick and easy, and everyone was attentive, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
