Incredible stay!
We had the best stay at the AKA Rittenhouse Square. The staff were incredible - so kind and accommodating. A special thank you to Greg who made our stay so special. Greg was so helpful - he gave us great recommendations and treated our daughter like a princess. Our room was fantastic - spacious and had everything we needed. It was a great stay!

The best experience!
This hotel was such a phenomenal experience! From the start, the front desk led by Juliette was incredibly kind and welcoming, offering perks from free drink vouchers to a onesie and teddy bear for our infant. 10/10. Then Greg at the door always put a smile on our daughter’s face, offering recommendations and assistance whenever needed. The room was massive, clean, and a perfect view of Rittenhouse Square. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location and staff! Wister rocks!
I’ve stayed multiple times at this property and practically lived there in 2025. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. I appreciate Wisters service and his willingness to go the extra mile for his guests. If you want a great place where you can build relationships and the staff remembers you this is the spot. And to top it off it’s across the street from the park!

Yet another wonderful stay at our “home away from home” – again greeted by Bianca, Juliet and Wister and new-comers Lauren and Greg. In an industry where hospitality is not always apparent, this team excels. That this property is in the perfect, convenient location makes for a wonderful stay. We are looking forward to future visits.

Amazing experience
I worked with the most efficient and pleasant staff which includes Brianna, Juliet and Wister. They were three of the most helpful and knowledgeable of the staff. AKA is run in such a way that when you open the door you feel like you are stepping into a friend’s house. They are happy charming you feel like they are some of your best friends. This AKA is located in center city rounded by a beautiful park and lots of shopping. I highly recommend this to any travelers headed to Philly.
