Great accommodations, great staff from Ashley @ the front desk, James the porter who helped us with our luggage & settling into our room to the fantastic food & beverage manager Richard Ruth who graciously showed us the rooftop bar. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Philly.

The Monaco hotel is the BEST! This is a shout out to Kai and the rest of the people at the front desk who made my complicated visit comfortable and uncomplicated. A good stay like this is because of all the people who work so hard to make it easy and smooth for the guest. It would be easy to overlook the car valet people because Bobby and his team made it so smooth and easy. We did lots of calling up the car and sending it back again and they were happy and smiling as it happened. When we arrived in this unfamiliar city, it was hot, we were anxious, people were honking, I was worried about blocking the crosswalk. They directed us like we were an airplane and handled our luggage and the car with care. Wow was that a proper introduction to a wonderful hotel. Can't wait to come again.

Great experience from the beginning, starting with the Valet. Our room was comfy and clean; housekeeper's were very courteous. We enjoyed having drinks and food at the Red Owl Tavern. Easy check-in and check-out, too! Don't forget to look up at the awesome chandelier when your standing in the lobby!!

Everyone there seems to be there just for you from the valet to the front desk and house keeping. Rashid is a total assets to the hotel. The evening wine reception is great. The only draw back would be if coffee service doesn't start till 7 am. I can not wait to go back
