Above and beyond at the Red Owl Tavern!
Sending a major shout out and “thank you” to Missy, the manager, who went out of her way to seat us, with a rare warmth and caring that set the tone for our evening! She sweetly made an equally special personal handoff to Cassidy and Ricky who followed suit with great attention and service. Food and drink were great too! We will happily be back and you should go too!

Kimpton Monaco Philadelphia is FANTASTIC!
The Kimpton Monaco is a gorgeous hotel in Philadelphia's historic district. Check-in was pleasant and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and in great shape. The shower was fantastic with a park view. The bed is amazing. I loved my stay here... the Kimpton Monaco is fantastic!!

Amazing stay next to Independence National Park
Location can't be beat for visiting all the historic sites and exploring Old City. Additionally, we were there to celebrate two special occasions and the concierge, Roshid, went above and beyond in recognizing both. We were always seated immediately at the restaurant (Red Owl Tavern) on the first floor and the complimentary daily social hour in the lobby was wonderful. Didn't get a chance to check out the rooftop lounge as it was either closed or booked for a private event each time we tried to pop up there. Would definitely choose this hotel again if/when returning to the area!

We didn't like this hotel as much as the Sofitel, which was full. We probably wouldn't stay at Hotel Monaco again. Decoration was weird; no hangers in the room; housekeeping knocked and opened our door despite the occupied signed on the door.
