I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Monaco Philadelphia. There was an issue when I first arrived because I made at reservation for an accessible room and was given a regular room. Once that hiccup was taken care of, I was overjoyed with my room. Immaculate and quiet room. The bed was soooooo very comfortable! Great for sleeping in! For people who need an accessible room, please double check prior to your arrival because it makes all the difference in the quality of your stay, especially if you travel solo. This is a beautiful hotel! Also, I utilized the room service from the restaurant Red Owl Tavern, located on the ground level, which worked out terrific. I will definitely return again but making sure confirming the accessible room is reserved for me. Last thing, a shout out to Sage, the bell hop. He was very kind and patient. He came back and moved my luggage to my updated room and got me more ice for my ice bucket. Nice staff too! Thank you!

It is always a wonderful stay at the Monaco Hotel. This is the second year my husband and I have treated ourselves to a stay at the Monaco for our wedding anniversary and it will always be our tradition. The luxury and amenities are superb! The Front Desk were incredible (HUGE shout out to Tracey, Consuela, and Rachel!!!), and the room couldn’t be more fabulous with a gorgeous view of historic Philadelphia. Thank you Kimpton and Monaco for making this another memorable anniversary! Romantic, Luxurious, and Grand! Spencer and Zach at Red Owl were wonderful bartenders and made the night just a little more special with a glass of champagne to celebrate. Samir was great during breakfast too!!! The whole team was incredible. Thank you.

Quirky and cool decoration. Very clean. Right in Independence Square with Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell within a couple of hundred feet. The staff was all very helpful, although there is no front doorman, so arriving with luggage is a challenge.

My son got married here as Mother of the Groom I'll say it was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and the staff were kind, professional and supplied our every need. The best wedding experience I could ask for.

We didn't like this hotel as much as the Sofitel, which was full. We probably wouldn't stay at Hotel Monaco again. Decoration was weird; no hangers in the room; housekeeping knocked and opened our door despite the occupied signed on the door.
