What a great spot!
Our stay at the Kimpton Monaco was nothing short of incredible. Roshid was so thoughtful and friendly, and really helped to make our tenth anniversary trip feel all the more special. The hotel has a wonderful eclectic vibe and is located in the best possible spot in Old Town. So easy to walk to all of the key historical sites Philly has to offer. The room was immaculate and the spa suite was a very nice touch. The view was also breathtaking! We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Absolutely terrible experience. Hotel quality was terrible. Tiny room. AC didn't work well. Gym terrible. Front desk staff didn't seem interested in the guest experience. Then I was subscribed to several different email lists without my consent that I couldn't unsubscribe from. And asked to fill out two surveys.

Excellent Service
Justin M was extremely helpful and welcoming, he helped me find a delicious restaurant to eat at with my girlfriend once I arrived and the food was delicious, along with introducing me to the front desk attendant to smooth the check in process.

We didn't like this hotel as much as the Sofitel, which was full. We probably wouldn't stay at Hotel Monaco again. Decoration was weird; no hangers in the room; housekeeping knocked and opened our door despite the occupied signed on the door.
