The Monaco is our home away from home. We stay there nearly every month (twice this month) and the staff are incredible! From Amy to Roshid to all the restaurant staff who know exactly how we want our beverages every morning, to the housekeeping staff, everyone, top to bottom are so wonderful, we feel at home, catching up on our Monaco family and friends every visit. The Hotel itself is a perfect spot, handy to all of DT Philly, we love being there and have all of our favorite restaurants close by. We've been there every month for over 2 years, it is our very happy home away from home!

I would like to thank Joseph, Kevin, and the house staff for an amazing experience! We really appreciate the extra mile you all go to for excellent customer services. You taken an a hectic weekend and made it relaxing by removing the stress of simple but multiple requests like extra towels or cleaning the room later pleasant experience.

Sage at the concierge desk could not have been friendlier or more helpful! Not only was he greeting guests and handling luggage, he kept the water station fresh and inviting. This is a lovely hotel right in the middle of Independence Hall. Location is perfection and the beds are delightful.

We didn't like this hotel as much as the Sofitel, which was full. We probably wouldn't stay at Hotel Monaco again. Decoration was weird; no hangers in the room; housekeeping knocked and opened our door despite the occupied signed on the door.
