Myself and my family dropped in for a couple of drinks on a very hot afternoon. As we didn't want to eat, we were allowed to have our drinks in the hotel lobby. The reception staff were so warm and friendly, and even gave my daughter a colouring book and crayons 🙂 The visit was complete with a chat with Joseph, and a show of his amazing dance moves, which my daughters, in fact all of us (!), thoroughly enjoyed.

We visited Philadelphia for a mother daughter getaway. The staff was amazing! There was an issue with our room and Tracy went above and beyond to make it right. Her customer service was fantastic. She was a wonderful representative of the property. Even to the end of our stay, with a ride share driver waiting, she came to the rescue, finding a bag for the massive box of doughnuts bought to return home with. Thanks Tracy for all your hard work!

Room 516 is a beautiful remodeled corner suite with a large bathroom including a separate shower and tub. There are many large windows allowing lots of light and multiple pieces furniture to stretch out on to watch a movie on the large TV. The bed was comfortable and seemed new - same for linens and towels. A cozy robe and yoga mat were in the large closet. Espresso machine and pods are in the room. There’s a water station on the ground floor of the hotel to refill bottles. The lobby restaurant offers excellent meals. The hotel staff members are all wonderful as well. I hope to return to this lovely hotel.

We didn't like this hotel as much as the Sofitel, which was full. We probably wouldn't stay at Hotel Monaco again. Decoration was weird; no hangers in the room; housekeeping knocked and opened our door despite the occupied signed on the door.
