Logan is a gem
We just wrapped up an incredible day in Washington DC and arrived at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia ready to drop — feet aching, bags heavy, and completely running on empty. Logan met us at the curb, and from the very first second, he was an absolute gem. We have to be honest — we'd spent every last dollar we had and had nothing left to tip him. And he didn't miss a beat. Same warm smile, same genuine kindness, carried every single bag up to our room without hesitation or attitude. That kind of character you just can't fake. Logan was polite, professional, and made us feel like valued guests from the moment we pulled up. When you're bone-tired and a little stressed, that kind of human decency means everything. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully located right in the heart of Philadelphia's historic district, steps from everything worth seeing. We can't wait to explore the city, and we're already off to a great start thanks to Logan. Kimpton, you have a real one on your team. Take care of him — he absolutely took care of us.

You will enjoy this gem of a hotel
Wonderful location literally next to Independence Hall. Recent updates have the rooms in top condition - clean and comfortable. and the friendly staff will go out of their way to make sure that your stay is as it should be. We’ve stayed here before and it’s better the second time around. The hotel may not have been full but it’s a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

We didn't like this hotel as much as the Sofitel, which was full. We probably wouldn't stay at Hotel Monaco again. Decoration was weird; no hangers in the room; housekeeping knocked and opened our door despite the occupied signed on the door.
