We have nothing but praise for a very warm welcome and excellent service provided by all staff at Sofitel. Breakfast had a good spread and the rooms were big and well looked after. We would like to mention Mengsim TY and Malin Leang who were always available to provide help and advice. We almost became part of their family. The hotel is situated centrally close to all the tourist sights. The surroundings were also very beautiful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

Everything is thought of to make your stay a wonderful memory. A cozy and well-maintained business lounge, friendly staff. A delicious and extremely well-prepared breakfast, what a lovely restaurant! We were very pleased and honored by the exceptional service from Kimlay and her team. A beautifully prepared egg benedict was prepared every morning. And the soups were delicious. A well-maintained, beautiful restaurant, everything perfect and clean. The room was impeccably maintained every day. A wonderful trip, and I highly recommend visiting Phnom Penh and staying at the Sofitel. Centrally located, and every tuk-tuk trip, the concierge, Davin, was able to help us and arrange everything perfectly, giving us wonderful, useful tips! Unforgettable, valuable tips. Following his recommendation, we took a half-day trip with a private driver, Khim, to Silk Island. Pheak gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. Pheak has his own tuk-tuk service. He speaks excellent English, a valuable addition to exploring Phnom Penh and its surroundings.
