Try a pickleball lesson and match play Saturday!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

We had a wonderful stay at the Arizona Biltmore. A highlight for me was a private pickleball lesson with the Director of Court Sports, which helped prepare me for Saturday match play and made the experience so much more fun. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys pickleball and/or wants to learn the game or improve their skills. Overall, I was very impressed with the fitness activities offered. I enjoyed a pilates class in addition to the pickleball lesson. I also loved the spa. It's such a beautiful place to relax, especially laying on a lounger in the courtyard after a service. The healthy menu options were a great touch as well. We stayed in a cottage with a terrace and highly recommend it. It was quiet, cozy, and close to the adults-only pool. Overall, such a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Awesome tennis instruction for all ages!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

A rave review for tennis lessons/clinics: Our family had out-of-this-world tennis lessons with Brendan and Josh on multiple occasions while staying at the Biltmore. Both engaged and provided invaluable instruction for everyone, from my three year old to my husband. It was such a fantastic experience for my 3 year old that he now consistently asks when he’s going back to Arizona for tennis lessons! If you’re considering booking a tennis lesson, don’t hesitate for any age!

It’s not the Biltmore you are expecting

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

I’m sitting on a beautiful patio eating a terrible frozen pizza (which incidentally is cold) and this sums up this hotel pretty well. There is no internet - what??? It’s been out ALL day.. I tried to purchase some clothes at the shop, but they can’t make sales today. The pool gates don’t open with room keys and staff can’t find a work around (like propping doors open). The front desk and concierge have turned off their phones. We stayed here last year and loved it. It feels junky this year. Each time we charge something to the room, the credit card hold is increased. I’ve never seen that before. Rumor has it that the hotel has been purchased by private equity. That would be the first thing that makes sense about this visit. We won’t be back.

Great hotel made better by great customer service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The Arizona Biltmore is an incredible hotel and easily one of the most unique places we have stayed. The history of the property and the architecture alone make it special. Walking around the grounds you can really appreciate the design and how thoughtfully the hotel was built. It has that classic historic resort feel while still having great modern facilities. The pools and outdoor areas are fantastic and the entire property is beautifully maintained. It is the kind of place where you can easily spend a full day just relaxing at the hotel. What really made our stay great though was the people. We arrived after an overnight flight that ended up being delayed more than six hours so we were pretty wiped out when we got there. Justin Lawson at the front desk went out of his way to take care of us and make sure we got settled in comfortably. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great stay which meant a lot after a long travel day. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was friendly and welcoming and you can tell the staff really take pride in the property. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back.
