Exceptional hotel experience in Phoenix
Fantastic hotel for many reasons. Highly recommend staying here. The facility is very nice. Rooms are large and very well appointed. Public areas are very comfortable. The real key here is the staff. Everyone is highly trained and exceptional in how they treat guests. We ate is all four restaurants and the food/service quality was first rate. We stayed there during the week and the hotel was quite active with guests and locals. We were told it is quite entertaining on the weekends. Not to miss when in Phoenix/Scotsdale.

Amazing food and amazing bartender Felipe!
What an amazing hotel and restaurants. We went on both Friday night and Saturday night. We sat at the main bar on the main level. I had the steak frites which was amazing along with a few special mocktails that are bartender made me and my wife. Our bartender Felipe was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and he even highly recommend the crème brûlée which was fantastic! We will definitely be back again for the great food, the amazing service and the people watching!

The Vibe!
Excellent experience at the Global Ambassador. We were there to celebrate our anniversary. All the staff went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. We loved the vibe of the hotel and the decor is stunning!

Global overall
Beautiful hotel, room are very nice, need new mattresses and pillows. Staff is very polite, The gym is excellent. The shop is very surprising. Lots of great selections. The staff there is very helpful. The coffee bar staff is great and so is the selection, have the best coffee cake muffin. It's worth it.
