There truly aren’t enough wonderful things we could say about our stay. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional, and by the end of our trip, we loved it so much that we extended our stay by two additional nights because we simply weren’t ready to leave! The property itself is absolutely stunning. Every space feels thoughtfully designed, sophisticated, warm, and luxurious without ever feeling stuffy. The restaurants were another highlight for us. We loved that each had its own distinct atmosphere and menu, and everything we ate throughout our stay was delicious. You could genuinely enjoy several days here without ever feeling like you were having the same experience twice. But, what truly sets The Global Ambassador apart is the service. The level of hospitality we experienced was outstanding. It wasn’t simply attentive; it was incredibly personal. Team members remembered our names, our dog’s name, and consistently made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We were celebrating both our anniversary and my husband’s birthday, and the thoughtful in-room amenities and little surprises acknowledging both occasions meant so much to us. Those details may seem small, but they are exactly what turn a beautiful hotel stay into a memorable experience. From the warm conversations and thoughtful attention to the seamless service throughout the property, you made us feel less like hotel guests and more like people you were genuinely happy to have there. The Global Ambassador has mastered something that is difficult to accomplish: delivering true luxury while still making the experience feel personal, comfortable, and sincere. The beautiful property and incredible food are reason enough to visit, but the people are what made us want to stay. We arrived expecting a wonderful getaway to celebrate two special occasions and left feeling like we had found a place we absolutely cannot wait to return to. Thank you to the entire Global Ambassador team for making our anniversary and birthday celebration so memorable. You exceeded our expectations in every way. We will absolutely be back.

My daughter and I just visited Global Ambassador. We received an incredibly warm and kind welcome from Emily and a follow-up card with special treat the next day. The experience continued to be perfect from start to finish. From the glorious hospitality at the pool, the valet with great breakfast and hiking tips, to the onsite delicious and luxurious restaurants (shout out to Pedro at Le Âme). We really didn’t feel we needed to leave the premises as we had everything we needed and more. More….. incredible Matcha made personally by Brian who treated us like gold and left us a sweet and thoughtful gift and card on our last night. This was an unforgettable, unmatched experience at a stunning resort that we will return to as soon as possible! The decor, cleanliness, and room services were also exceptional. We can’t say enough… other than sincere thank-you to Global Ambassador for creating this extraordinary experience.

I’ve stayed here a few times and always had an incredible stay! The staff is wonderful, the rooms are stunning, clean and comfortable and every dining option on site is delicious. The lobby and facilities have a great ambiance and have overall really good energy. One of my favorite hotels in the states! Also- super quick uber to anywhere you’d need to go, including PHX. 10/10 experience- would recommend!

From the moment we checked in, the entire experience was outstanding. The food at all the restaurants is incredible for breakfast lunch and dinner. The rooms were top notch and we will be going back!!

The space itself is stunning. Beautiful architecture, interiors that actually make you stop and look around. It feels like a city within itself, designed with real intention. Not just pretty — it has a whole vibe. The beds. I mean. The beds. Food is incredible. Every time. The amenities are all top shelf — nothing cheap, nothing phoned in. You can feel the thought behind every detail. We’ve been coming here 2 to 3 times a year and it is genuinely one of the things we look forward to most. It never gets old. It never disappoints. When we’re heading to Scottsdale, there’s zero debate about where we’re staying. This is it. This will always be it. If you haven’t stayed here yet, just go. You’ll get it the second you walk through the door
