The Global Ambassador

I don't recommend staying at this hotel if you have a family. The hotel is beautiful but the crowd that hangs out in the lobby and at the hotel are very sketchy. The hotel is more like a club. The lobby was filled with half dressed women coming in and out of rooms with men; other women walking around on the guest room floors in robes going in and out of rooms and overall it's the most pathetic scene I've seen at any hotel in the world. My honest opinion is it appears to be a place for drugs and prostitutes and women who are dressed with minimal clothing with clear intentions. I've never been more disgusted by the crowd this hotel attracts and I honestly didn't feel comfortable or safe staying at this hotel and I absolutely don't recommend it to anyone; nor will I stay here again.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel room was wonderful. The lobby was busy in the evenings but we had reservations and didn’t mind. Le Ame was spectacular for brunch and dinner.

Global Ambassador is a modern hotel in great condition with a terrific pool and gym. All of the front desk staff and pool staff are warm and very helpful. Le Ame has really delicious food.

Terrible experience. The hostess said there were no tables available, yet the restaurant was completely empty. Than We booked online for 10 minutes later and when we arrived, the hostess still made us wait another 10 minutes for no reason. Her attitude was rude and unwelcoming !!!!! it honestly felt like she just wanted us to leave. Definitely not coming back. By the way her name was Lera . Very unprofessional and rude !!!!!

The hotel grounds are undeniably beautiful, and the staff appeared friendly at first glance. However, the service I received was extremely disappointing and far below what you'd expect—especially given the premium price point. During my stay, I misplaced clothes that were stored in a laundry bag. I immediately contacted the hotel, and they assured me someone would call me back. That call never came. I followed up multiple times, only to be met with silence and zero resolution. For the amount of money you spend here, the customer service should be far superior. Instead, what you get is smoke and mirrors—an illusion of luxury without the substance to back it up. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place. Stay away.
