Great Service
Had an incredible stay. Super convenient to downtown venues and great restaurants. Don out front was a difference maker with his welcoming attitude, incredible customer service and making us feel so welcome! Keep up the great work we will definitely be back.

Friendly service, excellent location, lots of amenities.
We received a friendly welcome at the front door upon arrival. There for a conference in the hotel, the checkin lines were full but processed at a good pace. Manager even came out to offer tea to folks in line. Rooms have most things you would need and they have a flyer in the bathroom for other items they provide (sewing kit, garment steamer, etc). USB outlets on each bedside nightstand. Keycard access to secure guest floors. Conference rooms were clean and had good acoustics. Catering was typical conference food with a southwest spin. Rooftop pool and bar on the same floor. Mortgage Matchup center just across the street and Chase Field beside that. Loads of restaurants in walking distance. Fry’s Foods and CVS next door. Right by Valley Metro Line B. Airport 10-15 mins away. To improve: the full length mirror has no lighting. The toilet handle was loose but facilities fixed it quickly. No shuttle service to the airport. Very good stay for work and would recommend for personal visits, especially for stadium proximity.
