Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix

The Kimpton Palomar is our “go-to” hotel for downtown Phoenix. Being an IHG Member with a Diamond Elite status, they have always provided me the perks that go along with it, including being upgrade to a suite (when available), welcome treats, as well as a “raid-the-bar” credit, breakfast or points. They also have two restaurants on the property: Blue Hound Kitchen and Cocktails (book a month in advance for that one - see our video review under our dining section below) and Eden - their rooftop, outdoor restaurant. Both are great options, though Eden has beautiful views of the pool and of the Phoenix landscape! Finally, they are VERY dog-friendly with free treats and water in the lobby (you also get a polaroid picture of them), as well as bedding and other amenities. TIP: Valet your car - they park it in the secure garage that they share with the apartment complex next door.

Dylan and Kaitlyn were very helpful throughout my time here. Food was good here and the hotel itself was very clean and quiet overall. The hotel was about a 7 min walk to the convention center, and plenty to do around it. I would have a hard time staying anywhere else if I were in PHX .

Love staying here! From the friendly staff at check in that greet you with the best personalities, the complimentary cocktail hour and prime location, you cant beat it! This is our go to hotel for any downtown stay! 10/10 would recommend! Comfortable beds and spacious rooms! Only thing they need to update is the tvs! Please make them smart! ❤️

Wanted to thank everyone at the Kimpton for the great hospitality during both of our stays in June. Warm, welcoming professionals know how to make you feel like a VIP. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The great coffee service in the mornings is so enjoyable, and Blue Hound is one of our favorite restaurants, both breakfast and lunch were excellent! A special thanks for the nice cookies and fruits both stays, much appreciated. Been staying here for years, and will continue, as they are consistently outstanding.
