Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix

Palomar is a beautiful hotel in downtown Phoenix. Our check-in was seamless and we were welcomed by Jason—so knowledgeable and professional! He recognized and thanked us for our status with IHG. He explained all the hotel amenities, answered questions and was genuine in his “please feel free to contact us if you need anything”. Great customer service-perfect place for our staycation!

Five stars for the valet crew at the Palomar! Devin, Greg, and Malachi were incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. They resolved a major issue we had with our online parking pass. They retrieved our car quickly and took great care of our car. Their high energy and helpful attitude set the tone for a wonderful trip to Phoenix. Highly recommend this hotel for event parking in Phoenix. This is our new parking location for downtown Phoenix!

Our “girl’s stay” was wonderful! The hotel staff were very helpful to us, the rooms were spacious and clean and the amenities were generous. We enjoyed a visit to the spa located close to the hotel and we received a 15% discount on the services. Donna Romero, Front Office Manager was very accommodating to us. We are planning to attend another concert venue soon and because we had such a great experience , we booked our room before we left the hotel today! Thank you!

Greg King was a great experience at valet parking! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. He took excellent care of of us and our vehicle, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about providing great service.

Fantastic stay at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar in Phoenix . The check in process was smooth , staff was incredibly welcoming . Our room was spacious , clean and comfortable . The location was walking distance to the Chase Field Stadium. The perks of this hotel was the social hour 😉I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be booking here again !
