Phoenix getaway
We arrived late due to a car rental issue, but check-in was smooth and staff were very helpful and friendly, even escorting us from overflow parking with a golf cart. Our first-floor suite was clean and had a great balcony view, although the room could use some upgrades—one bed had a noticeable indent and the tub showed some rust. The resort itself is large with multiple pools, and we really enjoyed the heated pool and excellent service. Just be aware that gratuity is automatically added to poolside service, we didn’t realize and tipped twice. Starbucks on property a plus. The food was just okay, honestly the club house point in tyme had the best options and most reasonably priced. The trails directly accessible from the resort were a great bonus, and the charging station was very convenient since we were given an electric rental car unexpectedly. Overall, we had a positive experience and would return. I would give 4.5 stars if it was an option.

Okay, this resort was amazing. The views, the people! Richard was 10/10. Being from Texas, I’m not used to this terrain and yet somehow everytime I needed a ride, there he was! I rode once with a very rude couple and he was so patient and polite. Honestly, dude deserves management. 10/10. Point in Tyne, the bar staff was 10/10. I was not impressed with the steak. My event was amazing! I hope I get to come here again.

Love Hilton Tapatio Cliffs! Definitely my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at and I stay in a lot of hotels. They have multiple restaurants, 8 pools, hot tubs, a spa, a golf course, a mountain, and more right on their property. You could stay at the resort your whole trip, or you could use it as your home base while you travel. I can’t wait to come back here again. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the rooms are spacious, up to date, clean and have balconies. Such a great place!
