Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort

AMAZING! Two teachers on Spring Break could not have been more pleased with the property, staff, food, and atmosphere. Unique lay out of property made you forget that you were in the middle of a major city. Extremely quiet vibe up on the hill. Having desert trails right off property was perfection. Exceptional staff…especially Amy and Braydon at the front desk, Alan who shuttled us all around the property, Joey who hosted Sangria Happy Hour and Tim at the Falls Cafe! Such a special trip! The views are absolutely stunning, and the staff are consistently helpful, kind, and hardworking. There are several pools to choose from, but we spent most of our time at the main pool. It has a tropical vibe, amazing drinks, and service that is both friendly and prompt. We also enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on-site, and every meal was wonderful. While there’s no ocean, the atmosphere still gives off a relaxed, Mexico-like feel. I loved the décor style, and there are plenty of nearby hiking trails for those who want to explore. Having a Starbucks on-site was a great bonus as well. The golf cart service is fantastic—they’ll pick you up and take you wherever you need to go, which makes getting around easy and enjoyable. Overall, this place is truly a hidden gem, and one we’ll likely return to again and again.

Very pretty resort, many options for pools. Rooms are a bit dated and they could use more dining options

We had the very best stay at this property! The check in process was seamless and easy, we were given amazing recommendations of restaurants and how to get around. The drivers around property were responsive and always so sweet and friendly! Ersan and Eric and the whole crew made getting around easy and enjoyable! The pool was beautiful and full of kids and fun for my group. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend to others! It is a large campus and old but felt like that was part of the charm. No complaints from our stay and so glad we chose to stay here!

The housekeeping and maintenance staff were helpful and professional. We had a couple maintenance issues in the room and the issues were addressed quickly. The room was clean, spacious, and had a refrigerator and coffee maker. We asked for a microwave and it was delivered rapidly. It was nice to have a separate, quiet, adults only pool area.
