Happiest staff, best views, great food
Went to the resort to eat at the restaurant Different Pointe of View and WOW! My friends and I showed up, the Uber dropped us off with no care, and BOOM! Richard at the front swooped in, took control, and knew exactly what to do. Not only did he personally drive us to the restaurant but he also stopped to take pictures of us and made us feel like a MILLION dollars. Then at the restaurant, Louis, Andrew, and the whole staff were so informative, helpful, and kind. They recommended amazing dishes, never let our drinks empty, and got us the best pictures of the most amazing views. AND the food was as good as the view! Do not pass this place up! Then, after dinner, Richard showed up again to dazzle us with amazing service. I’m telling you all, if you want it done right, Richard and Louis are the men you need around. My friends and I are back home and we’re still talking about these two and the amazing night we had.

We went to Different Pointe of View here at the Hilton and Richard W treated my friends and I like absolute ROYALTY! Catered every need from taking pictures of our group in different areas of the resort to being quick to pick us up and take us back to where our uber awaited. Everyone else was wonderful but he truly stood out!

Awesome stay at 'The Tap'!
The service was outstanding, from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff, starting with Braden, were very friendly and helpful. The bellman were GREAT. Especially Richard and Allen. The food and service at the Point in Tyme was top notch. Kudos to Mark, F&B director, and his entire staff. We all enjoyed the swimming pools, and the cool tubular water slide. We've stayed here many times, but this time by far was the most pleasant and enjoyable.

This place is the best! Braden at the front was super helpful any checking us out of our stay, we loved the scenic views and the beautiful different pointe of view restaurant. If you’re on the fence about booking, do it!

Great Place to Spend Special Occasions
Service is always friendly and its a beautiful place. They always make things lovely for special occasions! Been coming here since 1985. Some people have worked here since then! They have longevity of staff. Says something on how they take care of people. Lovely intumate spa with nice people! Outstanding massage by Banar Trotter! Book your appointments with her quick!
