I recently stayed at the Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, Arizona and found it to be a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The rooms were impressively spacious and included a convenient kitchen area, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. I feel like we were given an upgraded room, because this one had a dining area, living room with fireplace, and 1 1/2 bathrooms and separate bedroom. The only negative with the suite was that there was a lot of carpet buckling going on in the dining and living room area. This was definitely something I tripped on more than once. I let someone at the desk know about it. Overall, it was only a short walk to the pool, hot tub, and exercise area, all of which were well maintained and inviting. I know there is more than 1 pool, but we just went to the closest one by our room. The staff throughout the resort were warm, welcoming, and consistently provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the Point in Tyme restaurant and it’s a comfortable space with great atmosphere. The only downside was the parking. The roads within the resort are extremely narrow, and many spots require tight parking, which can be a bit stressful. We didn’t have time to try the spa on this visit, but it’s on our list for next time. I love that they offer massage, haircuts, nail treatments, etc. all in one convenient spot. The resort is also conveniently located near several local Phoenix hot spots, making it easy to explore the area. It's also only a 20-25 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, but it feels so secluded and "far away" at the same time. Overall, a wonderful stay and a place we look forward to returning to.

From check in to check out everyone was so friendly and helpful. Contacting the desk by text for anything we needed was so simple and checking out by text made it a breeze. Grandkids loved the pools. Our room had a great view of the mountains. Would definitely recommend and will return in the future.

So glad we chose this property for our special occasion

From check in to check out, the service and amenities were on point. We came to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. This property has always been our first choice when choosing a staycation. This last visit reminded us of why we love coming here. From Braden at the front desk who upgraded us with an available suite and talked so highly of the property. He is definitely the ideal ambassador to have as the first contact of the guest. Hospitality at its finest is how I would describe his interaction with every guest that walk into those front doors. Dinner at a Point in Tyme was just as amazing as I remembered. I recommend The salmon entree. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning and had the pleasure to be served by Kedija. Im not sure who is training the staff here, but they have done an excellent job. Kedija did not miss a beat. She even brought my daughter a birthday cake and had her and her coworkers sing happy birthday, at breakfast, what a surprise. We talked about that all day long.We had such a great time with her gleaming personable service, came back to breakfast the next morning just to update her with how our stay went. She recommend the steak and eggs, which I had both mornings, the dish was that good. We were so blessed to have a cabana at the pool, Thank You Mark Anderson for the gift, it was something we hadn't experienced before, and now that we know how awesome it is. We will definitely book a cabana from here on out. From the privacy and security to leave our belongings in one place. To the personal attendant Juliana, we felt like true VIPS. Juliana not only attended to our cabana, she went out her way to find us in the lower pool to ensure our beverages were always full and the kiddos tummies were satisfied as well. Again another example of Hospitality at its finest. I didn't catch our servers name when we dined at A Different Point of View, however she was great as well. We had the Tomahawk, salmon and chicken dish. Excellent. I need to thank the kitchen staff for staying later to accommodate our 20 min till closing arrival. We typically try to not arrive that late, however a nap on the most comfy bed in our suite after a fun filled day at the pool was a must. Through out or stay we were constantly in contact with the front desk regarding transportation to and from all the outlets and they checked in on us to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. What a great way to make us feel genuinely welcomed The gentlemen who shuttled us around were a pleasure to interact with. Never did we wait more than 3 minutes for a ride. Once again this property and it's staff has made our special occasion another great memory.

We had an amazing staycation weekend! We enjoyed the adult pool, spacious rooms, courteous staff. Bralon (sp) at the reservation desk was exceptional. Went out of his way to point out all the amenities of the resort. And Raquel at the gift shop was so helpful. She showed us to all the things we needed and turned us on to some great amazing sales! Recommend 10 out of 10!!!!!
