I wish I had done more research before we stayed at this resort. I counted on the reputation of Hilton to deliver a much higher quality of standard. This resort is very tired, to say the least. The decks around the pools are mostly broken, the plants that decorate the property look sad and unkempt. The stucco is breaking off the walls. Our shower tub did not drain properly, they sent someone to fix it but it made no difference. Because there had been a major holiday the week before, certain restaurants on property were not available to guests. I did ask for some credit, which nobody flinched at. I should have asked for more. One of the guys who drove a golf cart for guests on property admitted that most of his job was moving guests to different rooms because of the conditions in the rooms. They offered us a different room, but who wants to re pack after you unpack to move when you are only there for three days? Do not waste your money. Such a disappointment.

I just want to emphasize how excellent the customer service I received was. Juan from banquets went above and beyond by going out of his way to show me the different point of view restaurant as well as giving us great entertainment recommendations around town.

Clean and nice. We had a great time. The facility is definitely a bit tired and things are not pristine. I’m sure in its day it was amazing but worth going for sure.

Really scenic resort with great pools and nice common spaces. Courteous and helpful staff and warm maintenance team. The suites leave much to be desired. Not only are they older with tattered and worn carpets, fraying mattresses, and stained couch upholstery, the cleaning leaves much to be desired. Very dusty curtains and lots of dust on the sliding door frames, crumbs in the upholstered chairs and behind the couches, and my baby daughter found a battery and bottle cap when we removed the pullout mattress. Additionally, we had diapers and wipes shipped for our baby to the hotel (upon the front desk’s suggestion) and then were hit with a nearly $50 fee upon checkout! They absolutely never disclosed this to us. We were in a rush to make our flight with five small children.
