Quick trip to pick up kiddo from college. Relaxing environment, clean, beautiful property. Room to roam, suite had lots of space. Would stay again! Understaffed at pool bar but everyone was kind.

One bedroom suite, mini fridge, in room, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, shower, gel, bath, and shower combo, body lotion, makeup mirror, hairdryer, iron and board, room safe. Bedroom and sitting room on the darker side plenty of light in the bathroom, sink area, and shower rooms. Private balcony. Cliffside building rooms are fairly quiet. but there are a lot of stairs involved to get to the Cliffside buildings. Alternatively, you need to wait for the golf carts. free guest self serve laundry – bring your own detergent or use the vending machine. Free bikes - can ride at on mountain bike trails at North Mountain Park which is next door. Multiple pools - can get crowded especially in afternoon. Small fitness room.

The entire staff is outstanding! Everyone was friendly, polite, kind & very helpful! The golf course is fantastic, even tho' they ran out of women's club rentals, so we got yucky clubs - but at least we didn't have to pay for them. Thank you for that! We also love the balls & ball bags they gave us. Your bath towels & shower water pressure were very nice.....BUT..... The Incredible Hulk would have a difficult time opening room 1030's door! My shoulders are bruised. That tiny, dark room "suite" - is not worth $380/night. It needs a deep clean, especially the walls, carpets & bathroom! I think the sofa pullout bed's mattress was made in 1952.....it was extremely uncomfortable! My back is still killing me! Plus dry LEAVES were on the old sheets, as well as threadbare spots. You need a variety of pillows - ours were way too old & super soft. Our "patio" had filthy chairs & a creepy concrete/dirt slab. It took forever to get hot water out of the bathroom sink (what a waste of water in AZ!) & then the sink filled up with water. Ugh! The shower drain was also clogged & filled up while showering. Yuck! Please put real sugar & flavored creamer like vanilla or hazelnut in the rooms....and a microwave should be in every room....and how about some robes?! A suite book with your restaurants' locations, menus & hours, as well as your activities & amenities info, locations, hours & age requirements, plus a list of nearby activities not in the resort would also be greatly appreciated. It could also tell guests they need a shuttle to the Pointe of View restaurant. You need more restaurants. The Pointe of Tyme got boring, and it ONLY offered a breakfast buffet while we were there. We can't eat that much (waste of $$$)! All we wanted was something light light like avocado toast & a parfait. BTW: Starbucks parfaits were always sold out before we could get there... and the other food's freshness was questionable. A small REAL food market would be great - especially for light breakfast items. The Cascades Cafe had a very limited menu & was too hot to eat there. The Cantina was empty & locked. The Point of View was lovely but the $64 sea bass was tasteless. The pork loin was delicious though. Does anyone actually buy the $199 ribeye? :-0 You are so isolated, you need to tell people in advance to consider renting a car because there's little to do there without a car. Consider adding mini golf, shows, concerts, a game room, more shopping options, etc! We were really looking forward to the Spa - but my 14 year old grandaughter couldn't go - your age requirement is 18! That should have been posted online IN BIG RED LETTERS! All she could get was a pedi & mani, which she didn't want. She could have had a gentle Swedish massage and a gentle facial, plus some other services. We had planned to go there 2 or 3 X's. But we couldn't go at all...think of the $$$ you could have made! The gift shop was okay, but some nicer women's clothing (not just tees & sweatshirts) would be great. Your bill is confusing. I was told I would receive a promo 20 or 25% discount everywhere but the gift shop. I'm not sure all the discounts were applied. I'm not even sure of the grand total. My granddaughter & I don't get to travel together very often, so this trip was a huge disappointment. Yes, I sent this letter to the GM, but never even received a thank you for your comments.

My husband and I just spent a long weekend at the resort and we couldn't of enjoyed it more. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. We mostly ate at Point in Thyme and Andrew, Sherri and Richard were so pleasant!! We spent most of our time at the adult pool which was quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed the many hiking trails adjacent to the property. We will definitely be returning in the futrue

Everyone and everything was great. We didn't interact with many from their staff, but those with whom we interacted were noteably positive and incredibly helpful: •Andrew from Point in Tyme (and other staff) •Joshua, Quentin, Troy, and April from the Falls Pool Bar and Eatery •Belle & Company at front desk •Early morning shift Starbucks Barista(didn't get her name) Many dining/golfing/pool options that are great for families and guests who prefer a quieter stay. Easy commute to / from PHX airport for out-of-towners. Recommended👍
