The room was nice and the staff; however, please be very careful to watch your food throughly because I almost consumed the metal string that is normally used to scrub the pots and pans. Hotel staff and chef were notified but still watch out as it’s your health and you don’t want to shorten your trip because of this. Room: We like the sleepers and outdoor beach Crocs style sandals, bathrobes were provided during our stay and nice Nespresso coffee machine Pool: was warm which appreciated considering the waves are aggressive Restaurant: over price and not paying attention to the ingredients, almost consumed the dangerous metal strings! Location: No sidewalk around; restaurants are nearby but not as good except the one near Tops Daily small supermarket. Hotel Staff: Nice but prepare to have extra time when checking out because the staff will need to check your room prior giving you back your deposit. Overall: Wished we stayed to other resorts Spa: Gym was nice but get a massage elsewhere as it’s not private and all the massage people there do to you is to stretch your arms and legs and they used the round wood to massage you by rolling it back and forth, so it’s not the Thai massage I had.

I stayed here during a business trip recently and everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional and the resort itself was clean, organised and most importantly the wifi was superb. It was refreshing to see the senior manager present, overseeing his team and clearly holding the standards of the resort to a very high level. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here on my next trip and have already recommended to my colleagues.

Some hits and misses. The hotel room was nice and spacious, King sized bed large enough for Asian size… I was in room 224. Bathroom had bath tub although personally I prefer standing shower. Sink’s stopper did not always work well. It become “ stuck” .. water was almost overflowing while the tap leaked as well. Room ‘s aircon was good. Adjustable. Balcony facing the dining area was pleasant too. Can suntan at the balcony. Two pools and beachfront area. Deck chairs plenty for low season. Nora beach was not opened whej I was here on 9 June 2025, the weather was erratic due to the winds and some rain spots. Morning tends to have good sun. Hotel has no lifts. Low rise property

Good service and really friendly workers and very attentive to guests. Good breakfast, dinner I can't comment as we had just once in the hotel, most of the evening we was exploring around Phuket. The resort facilities is very good and the rooms very good and clean. A bit expensive I must to say.
