My honeymoon at Amora Phuket was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. Our room was fabulous, beautifully prepared with a thoughtful selection of welcome amenities that made us feel extra special. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The property itself is stunning, featuring two swimming pools and a private beach exclusively for guests, which made our stay feel very peaceful and exclusive. The spa was world-class — a perfect place to unwind and immerse yourself in complete relaxation. The food was equally impressive, with excellent all-day dining and buffet options. We especially loved the themed dinner nights and the variety of activities designed for couples, which added a fun and romantic touch to our stay. It’s a very private and charming property, ideal for a romantic getaway. The team at the hotel truly made our stay extra special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon experience.

Location was good, beautiful beach. Rooms were nice but not very sound proof and hard beds. If you want quiet make sure to request it on booking. Staff were amazing, especially restaurant staff Tar, Faii, Fah and Pup. Tar was always so friendly with a smile.

We recently celebrated our wedding at **Amora Beach Resort Phuket**, and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place for our special day. From the moment our guests arrived, everyone was impressed with how comfortable and luxurious the rooms felt. The design, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere made our stay incredibly relaxing and special. It truly felt like a destination wedding experience from start to finish. The beach setting was absolutely stunning. Having our wedding ceremony right on the beach was a dream come true — the backdrop of the ocean, soft sand, and beautiful setup made it look magical. For the reception, the ballroom was equally impressive: elegant, spacious, and perfect for celebrating the night away with our family and friends. The beach club had such a great vibe throughout our stay. The food was amazing, and our guests are still talking about it! The mango smoothie and coconut milkshake were especially delicious — we must have ordered them every day. The resort restaurants were also fantastic, with excellent food options including a dedicated vegan menu, which was so appreciated by us and our guests with dietary preferences. It’s rare to find such thoughtful and high-quality vegan options at a resort, and they truly delivered. Most importantly, we cannot thank Paam enough. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Paam made everything feel so much easier. She was always helpful, patient, and guided us through every step of the process. Her experience, organisation, and attention to detail really helped bring our vision to life. She went above and beyond to make sure our dream wedding became a reality, and we are so grateful for all the effort and care she put into our day. If you’re considering a wedding in Phuket, we wholeheartedly recommend Amora Beach Resort Phuket. It gave us the most beautiful setting, amazing food, wonderful memories, and with Paam’s support, the perfect wedding day we will cherish forever.

This was, without a doubt, the worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed at. Do not let the "luxury" label fool you; a 3-star hotel would have provided a 10-times better experience. From health hazards to blatant unprofessionalism, our stay was a nightmare. Key Issues & Service Failures • Food Poisoning & Management Denial: On our first day, both my wife and I suffered severe food poisoning from the hotel breakfast. When we informed the reception, they were dismissive and claimed no other guests were affected. This was a lie. We spoke to other guests who had the same experience, including a couple who had medical documentation from a doctor. Even with "black and white" proof from other guests, management refused to take the matter seriously. • Deplorable Housekeeping: The hotel is dirty everywhere. We repeatedly asked for clean bedsheets, even speaking directly to the manager of the cleaning department, yet they were never changed. On two separate days, our room wasn't cleaned at all despite the "Please Clean" button being on. We also had to call reception every single day just to get basic towels for our room. • Poor Amenities: A 5-star resort should never run out of towels, yet at the beach and pool, none were available until 13:30. Furthermore, the coffee was undrinkable; I had to go to the Tops supermarket across the street every morning just to get a decent cup. • Unprofessional Staff & Language "Barriers": The staff and managers spoke perfect English—until a problem arose. The moment we had a complaint, they suddenly "didn't understand" English anymore. It was a transparent and rude tactic to avoid accountability. Final Verdict The hotel has refused to compensate us in any way for this disastrous stay. We are currently in the process of trying to claw back the money spent on the breakfast we could only eat once before getting sick. They were rude, unprofessional, and the facility is poorly maintained. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
