Anantara Phuket Villas

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Mai Khao. The resort is peaceful, full of greenery, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was one of the highlights — the team was attentive, friendly, and always made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Khun Sun, who took care of us with genuine warmth and exceptional service every morning. During our stay, one of the restaurants was under renovation, so we had the chance to try the other two venues, both of which offered good food and great service. We initially experienced a slight smell in our room, possibly from the air-conditioning, but the situation was handled very professionally by the staff. Khun Pockky, the Front Office Supervisor, managed the issue efficiently and ensured that everything was taken care of. We truly appreciated the room upgrade — it made us feel valued and well looked after. Overall, the service quality and hospitality were outstanding, and this experience is the reason we will continue to choose Anantara in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday memorable — we look forward to returning again soon.

This is one of the best hotel I have ever had. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights for our anniversary and we loved it. The lagoon pool villa was a large size, spacious and luxurious. The service from the staff is incredible. Special thanks to Coco, Baifern, Wendy, Or (Front office team) and New (Bellman). They are very helpful and mindful. Also, the F&B team, housekeeping team and spa team were really amazing. Everything was perfect here. We will definitely come back here again.

Beautiful villas, amazing staff and excellent restaurants. All round exceptional holiday which also includes your dedicated butler who is there to ensure you have everything you need. The gym facilities are great as are the tennis courts and beach area and pool. Loved everything about this resort and the Anantara team.

Everything is good, lovely people, good facilities. The breakfast has multiple choices and kids love it very much. We will be back again. Fern Ploy is very nice to us, we meet her every morning at breakfast, she provides fantastic service during the time.
