Service is excellent and food at the The Tree House Japanese Omakase is very great with Sunny, the waitress making all the presentation about the food.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anantara, and a huge part of that was thanks to Joy. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Her professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were exceptional, but what truly set her apart was her attitude. No request ever felt like a burden, and she consistently went above and beyond with warmth, positivity, and genuine enthusiasm. During my stay, Joy helped arrange a last-minute tour and assisted with several other activities and requests. Despite the short notice, everything was handled seamlessly and efficiently. She was always available when needed, incredibly responsive, and proactive in ensuring every aspect of my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. What impressed me most was her ability to combine outstanding customer service with a personal touch. She has a natural talent for hospitality and made me feel valued as a guest throughout my stay. It’s rare to encounter someone who is both highly competent and genuinely caring, but Joy embodies both qualities. She is a tremendous asset to Anantara and the type of team member who creates memorable guest experiences and inspires loyalty to the brand. We had an amazing stay at Anantara Mai Khao Phuket! The resort is beautiful, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.
