I booked this hotel about two months in advance, and my son and I stayed here starting on 12 July 2026. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the stunning architecture of the resort. We were initially assigned Room 734, which was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Unfortunately, it did not have a sea view, so I requested to change rooms. The front desk was very helpful and arranged for us to move to Room 534 the following day. Our new room was also clean and comfortable, and what I loved most was the beautiful sea view. The swimming pool was large and beautiful, making the resort a wonderful place to relax. During our stay, we met two housekeeping supervisors, Poo and Kan. They were outstanding and took excellent care of my son and me. They paid attention to every detail, worked efficiently, and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. They truly deserve recognition as outstanding employees. We felt comfortable, well cared for, and completely relaxed during our stay. We had a wonderful experience, and we will definitely come back again
