Great service, beautiful property & delicious food
Nuchy, pakboong & cha lin are the best at the cove. Overall experience was wonderful. Beautiful resort & delicious food. Rooms also very nice, swimming pool beautiful & fun. Overall loved it.

Was very warm welcome by Khun Army and well taken care at dinner by Khun Jiew at The cove and Khun Ida at breakfast and all the staff that I cannot remember their name The room was clean the service was great! Can’t wait to come back here again Thank you all for this special experience!!

Worst hospitality amongst the resorts in Phuket and severely short staffed
The resort appears to be severely understaffed when it comes to handling guest check-ins. Despite the official check-in time being 3:00 PM, it took us nearly three hours to receive our room, even after multiple follow-ups with the front desk. The property does not seem adequately equipped to manage a high volume of arriving guests, with only a limited number of check-in counters available. The entire arrival experience was frustrating and poorly organized. Additionally, many of the online reviews do not reflect our experience and seem difficult to reconcile with the level of service we received. If you choose to stay at this resort, be prepared for the possibility of spending a significant portion of your day simply waiting to check in.
