I stayed at Centara last month. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the hotel offers several swimming pools, which was a big plus. However, the room did not feel quite worth the price paid. Overall, this hotel is very suitable for families with children, as there is a kids’ club available. Special thanks to Pang for taking such good care of our children.

Beware all travellers the Baht Booster advertised is NOT bonus spending money as we would expect (as in money on-top of the amount you paid), it is a DISCOUNT on all your eligible spending, do not get tricked into thinking if you have 6,000Baht extra spend available (for example on the 20k baht package) when you hit your spend amount of 20,000, once you hit your spend amount, that's it, it's all gone. Also booking direct gives you a 15% discount anyway on food, drinks and spa (which does not stack with baht Booster). But given the baht Booster is a discount anyway you could be better off NOT getting a baht Booster if you have booked direct. For example the 30k packages discount is 25% This is a very shady practice and false advertising, no where does the advertising say it is a discount on your spend - it is advertised as bonus spending money (like a lump sum once you have exhausted the value you paid real cash for). Knowledge of the baht Booster amongst staff is very poor

Lovely, family-friendly resort in a great location with very welcoming staff. We loved the spa, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and kids’ club activities. Special thanks to Pang and Mon for keeping the children happily engaged.
