Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket

We had a wonderful stay for 9 nights and found the hotel team to be very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The hotel is located in Karon with easy access to the beach, which is unique in the local area. Breakfast is from 6 til 10:30 but can be busy at peak times, so plan accordingly. Food on offer changes per day but many thanks stay consistent, Live Egg station, salads, cereals, cheeses etc But the Thai food varies from day to day, and we liked it, remember this is a buffet service dining experience AM. We dined in a couple of times, and the food is good, it’s typical hotel delivery and quality. Rooms- we had one with the mini plunge type pool, which we liked, sunbathing on your balcony and opportunity to get cool quickly highly recommended. The hotel and rooms are good, but as with any buildings of an age, there are cracks and imperfections when you look closely. But don’t let that put you off, as we read similar comments and when arriving we went, this absolutely fine as a hotel and good location. If we were wishing to stay in this area of Phuket again, we would seriously consider staying here again. Little highlights - pools and sun loungers loads of, (but beware they are old and no support), Spa team - great, the lazy river, jump on the rubber rings and travel around the river, simple but enjoyable, if you wish to go into town this costs around 200bth.. Beautiful clean hotel with a lush environment and flora. The pool area is also well kept and relatively peaceful. The beach is right next to it, so you can just change between them if you feel like it. The hotel also offers a lot of activities, such as yoga, painting and cooking! Rooms are nice and spacey enough. Air conditioning works to the point where it got a bit cold during the night. Not complaining, though. My only complaint is that you need to take a ride to get to town. Or walk 15 min(ish) along the beach! Exquisite breakfast options with a lot of variety. (From eggs and bacon to Indian food and local Thai cousine.) You can also order food straight to your room with a qr-code/app, which we found very useful! Lovely service. Staff is very polite and friendly <33 (shoutout to Sam, who brought us pasta to our rooms)

Great holiday in Karon. Beautiful beach and superb sunset vibes. Room on 4th floor was absolutely stunning and nice weather. Warm and friendly staffs who always willing to assist you anything you wish especially Army & Miew at front desk.

I like this place because they have kind people and nice rooms I feels like you want to do so many things. Pang in kid club she is so kind

Not the first time in Centara outlet stayed in pattaya as well before... as usual no complaints excellenet place tonstay the staff is so helpful and always smiling.... service is A1.... the staff in the bugget and the resturant the cove were vere nice.... only one complaint the doors in the bathroom dont lock for some reason.... funny part of the vacation specially if u r travelling with kids.... Orher than that no issues
