Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket

We stayed here in December 2025, it was amazing, everything. Beautiful setting great reception service, excellent foof, we will be back this year, THANK YOU.

this is my 5th time in this resort. always warm and amongst the best hospitality.

This hotel is on a lovely beach . Staff at the hotel were lovely. Predominantly Russian guests in this hotel. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice , you could sit outside to eat but be aware of pigeons waiting to raid your plate if left unattended. Our room was lovely. Minibar in the room . Lots of complimentary water . Tea and coffee in the room but the tea very insipid. If you like a big mug of tea be advised to bring one with you as cups in the room quite small. Aircon very good . Our room was on the 3rd floor with a Seaview. Only drawback of having a room on the 3rd floor is the pigeons roost in the rafters just above the balcony & poo everywhere! We requested our balcony to be cleaned so we could sit outside. Housekeeping was performed to a high standard . Beach was lovely . Vendors on the beach sell alcohol/ snacks / fresh fruit & smoothies ( which were amazing) Sea can be a bit rough but not enough to stop people going in . You just have to time going in getting out between some crashing waves . The resort is within a larger development of hotels & condos. There is a shuttle boat that takes you to other resorts in the lagoon . Get onboard over at the jetty near the shops outside the hotel . There is also a land shuttle, both these are free. On the beach if you turn left lots & lots of beach clubs & restaurants. They do food to sort all nationalities. Lots of sunbeds at the hotel but people will reserve with towels . The staff do remove them if they haven't been used for a while . 20 minute walk to boat avenue where there are bars / restaurants & a night market one night of the week. Would recommend this hotel .

Bang Tao is the best beach in Phuket (my opinion) Clean and big, and nice for swimming. My girfriend had birthday during our stay. We got upgrade, cake ,free dessert and some staff even sing birthday song and put up a sign! Even if you dont have a birthday I recomend this resort . All the resturants are good. The staff are nice and polite and the resort is very green and beautiful. Its pretty much beachfront. Highly recomend Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket. David.

Absolutely not worth $1000 per night. $120 per person for Buffet lunch ??? No pricing shared before you eat. Rooms were nice but again not worth $1000 per night. Did not feel at all like a luxury hotel. Towel service person at swimming pool Was rude. Swimming pool closes at 7 PM. Please avoid this property
