Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, the breakfast was excellent, and all staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to mention Khun Sirinart, who provided exceptional service. She was attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. What stood out most was how she remembered returning guests and made everyone feel comfortable and valued. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference to the overall experience. Thank you to the team for the wonderful hospitality.

The Best resort in Phuket in my opinion. The location is perfect. Not too close to the busy Patong. Stunning beach front resort. Nice pool area. Close to all shops at Laguna. The staff here are so thoughtful and helpful. Thanks to Tiffy for making our stay perfect and special once again. You always go above and beyond. The food at the resort is some of the best you will find in Phuket. Many restaurants and bars. The stand out is the Italian restaurant. We eat there nearly every night. The Italian Chef is 1st class. So , thank you Chef Massimiliano , your food you cooked for us was magnificent as usual.You cooked the best fine dining dishes from your heart. It was all special. This resort is a must stay if visiting Phuket .

Great location easy reach of other Phuket areas. This hotel is so peaceful with a beautiful setting. Great room with all you need , had ocean view which was great could hear the waves at night. Very clean with prompt room service . The best bed and pillows. Had a great stay would recommend and love to go again.

We (couple with a toddler) just finished a truly relaxing, wonderful 2-week stay in this charming hotel. From start to finish, we were treated exceptionally well by a courteous, well trained and ever-smiling staff. The peaceful location is spectacular (sunset drinks in the Horizon lounge a must), the amount of greenery and casuarina trees very soothing, and all restaurants were sampled and enjoyed. We had lovely breakfasts daily, our toddler munching on a variety of Western and Asian dishes. we had an Italian dinner with excellent chef Massi one night, a superb Thai dinner another night and several visits to the relaxed beach club-vibey restaurant Casuarina. This hotel is small enough to feel personal but big enough to entertain us for 2 weeks. Its a great base for everything and we organised diving and snorkelling from here. If you need a babysitter, be sure to ask for Kate. Our daughter adored her! We will definitely be back. After the Dusit we stayed at another big chain hotel in Phuket and we really missed our Dusit family! Overall it was the lovely staff from Bell porters to wait staff, to pool attendents, to reception staff, to singers, to masseurs, to housekeeping and everyone basically which made our stay so special.

This is a beautiful, friendly and well located hotel. The staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful. It would be hard to find fault - especially following a short airport transfer too.
