Overall it was good. Outstanding staff. Good location. Rooms need updating.
The staff were outstanding in every department. Friendly and very efficient. I think the room was looking a bit tired. The A/C was old and could do with updating and the TV definitely needs an update so that things like a Netflix are available.

Nice hotel and good value
It's a nice hotel with excellent food and staff. The beach is beautiful, albeit the waves were pretty rough when we were there. Swimming pool was a nice alternative. The breakfast buffet was very nice and worth the money. There were several other nice restaurants close by in the little shopping plaza. I will stay there again.

Rubbish! Dated and expensive
This hotel was a huge let down, especially for the price! Most of the staff were borderline rude, certainly not very helpful. The room was so dated, it's stuck in the 80's

WORSE EXPERIENCE!! PEOPLE CAN DIE!
Your hotel in phuket laguna is the worse!! Someone almost died at the beach and my husband had to rescue and they shrugged their shoulders and said its your own risk!! staff are unorganized!!! They locked us out our room after a massage profiling us that we cant afford to pay!!! Also brought security!! Worse experience!! DONT STAY HERE!!!!!
