It was like getting to live in a magical world. Private beach, sound of splashing waves, cool sea breeze, coconut trees, lagoons, beach, water bodies with fish (you can feed to) around with fabulous accommodation, adorable services and delicious food. More than just perfect. More than expectations

El hotel es fantástico. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y se nota que realizan mejoras de manera constante. No puedo poner 5 estrellas por algunos inconvenientes que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia. Para empezar, el agua se sale cada vez que te duchas y no hay alfombrillas, por lo que hay que colocar toallas en el suelo para evitar que se inunde el baño. Aunque el check-in era a las 14:00 h y llegamos a las 14:30 h, tuvimos que esperar media hora más porque la habitación aún no había sido limpiada. Además, nos asignaron una habitación con vistas a unas obras que se están realizando en la laguna, por lo que era imposible dormir la siesta debido al ruido. Por otro lado —y esto probablemente influye más en mi valoración—, durante nuestra estancia cenamos siempre en el hotel. Mientras que en el restaurante Benjarong nos trataron muy bien, la atención en La Trattoria fue bastante deficiente. No nos trajeron cubitera con hielo para el agua ni toallitas al final de la cena, detalles que sí ofrecieron a otras mesas. Además, comenzó a llover durante la cena y tuvimos que buscar a la camarera para que bajara el toldo o nos cambiara de mesa; no tomó la iniciativa y nos dejó mojándonos mientras cenábamos. Lo peor fue que intentaron cobrarnos más de lo que correspondía. No lo detecté hasta que revisé la cuenta. Al comentárselo a la responsable, puso mala cara y, de muy malas formas, nos pidió que esperáramos cinco minutos. En resumen, un servicio muy mejorable. Si lo llego a saber, habríamos cenado fuera del hotel. English translation: The hotel is fantastic. The facilities are very well maintained, and it's clear that improvements are made regularly. I can't give it five stars due to several issues we experienced during our stay. To start, water spills out every time you shower, and there are no bath mats, so we had to use towels on the floor to prevent the bathroom from flooding. Although check-in was at 2:00 p.m. and we arrived at 2:30 p.m., we still had to wait another half hour because the room hadn't been cleaned yet. We were also given a room facing ongoing construction at the lagoon, which made it impossible to take a nap due to the noise. Additionally —and this probably weighs most heavily on my rating— we had dinner at the hotel every night. While we were treated very well at the Benjarong restaurant, the service at La Trattoria was quite poor. They didn’t bring us an ice bucket for the water or refreshing towels at the end of the meal, even though they did offer these to other tables. On top of that, it started raining during dinner, and we had to go find the waitress ourselves to ask her to lower the awning or move us to another table; she made no effort to help and left us getting wet while we ate. The worst part: they tried to overcharge us. I only noticed the mistake after reviewing the bill. When I mentioned it to the manager, she responded with a bad attitude and rudely told us to wait five minutes. In short, the service left a lot to be desired. Had I known, we would have eaten outside the hotel.

The room was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful birthday setup and a cake. The front desk staff were lovely and accommodating. We had accidentally booked the wrong room type, but the staff kindly assisted us in switching to the correct one—even though the error wasn’t actually ours. The housekeeping team on our floor always greeted us warmly with a smile. Breakfast was excellent—special thanks to Khun Tifee and the team for their wonderful service. This was truly a happy and relaxing stay. Thank you for the warm welcome. I hope this small review serves as a little encouragement for all of you. See you next time!

A centrally located beautiful hotel with a beautiful beach and Lake views very comfortable and and spacious rooms with all toilet facilities and all room facilities available, helpful staff and front office staff. The food at the hotel is excellent. The services offered by them are very good. Enjoyed our visit to this amazing hotel.
