I have just checked into the InterContinental Phuket, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received. The manager, Bo who welcomed us was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. Due to an oversight by my secretary, our original room arrangement had not been properly organized. The manager handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and quickly offered us an alternative room category at a very attractive rate, allowing us to settle into the hotel smoothly and without any stress. What impressed us the most was that he personally escorted us from the lobby all the way to our room, ensuring everything was perfect and making us feel genuinely welcomed. This level of hospitality and personal attention is truly exceptional and deserves the highest recommendation. Thank you for making the beginning of our stay such a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at the Phuket Intercontinental and truly enjoyed every moment. A big thank you to Zeus at the reception desk,he made our check-in smooth and pleasant. He was very helpful, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly with great detail. We also joined a yoga class during our stay, and it was absolutely lovely. Our instructor, Scooty, was fantastic – very patient, clear with his guidance, and he created such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. We had so much fun!
