We had a hard time choosing a resort, and we’re so glad we ended up here. Location: perfect for us and we were looking for a few days of relaxation. It’s in a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle. Service: impeccable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even gave us a little thank you note during our last breakfast. Food: the breakfast buffet was enormous and had anything you could imagine. We also at at 333 on the Beach. The views, food, drinks, and service were all 5 stars. Room: we stayed in 2 different rooms. One was a classic room and one a lagoon pool. Both were great but the lagoon pool was a special treat being able to jump in the water from your room. Hanging out at the beach is recommended over the pools if you want a breeze. It helped a lot with the heat. Loved this hotel. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Very impressive with all services. Great breakfast line, punctual response upon customer required. And thanks to Mr.Bas (Bellman), he helped me a lot about EV charging which I have no idea. Thanks to him for kind advise. Great place to stay.

I wish I had it in me to remember every single person's name of this hotel. We wanted to treat ourselves for our 10 year wedding anniversary and be able to take the children with us so we booked a 2 bedroom villa at this magnificent hotel. Sun our butler but nothing short of amazing. Anything and I mean anything we needed was just a WhatsApp message away Ann, Min and other ladies at Planet Trekkers kids club were incredible. Buggy drivers, concierge, restaurant staff, Sati Spa, housekeeping made the whole experience and beautiful and emotional one. We also had our anniversary dinner at Hom restaurant, a once in a lifetime experience. It was bittersweet to leave a place that did not feel real. Money cant buy you happiness all time, but it can certainly give you the opportunity to see the world from different angles. Highly recommend. Thank you intercontinental!
