Flawless stay in Villa 204 – Modern luxury at its best!
We had an absolutely incredible stay at Kata Rocks in Villa 204. The environment is stunning, offering that perfect blend of sleek modern design and those iconic, breathtaking ocean views. The food was another major highlight—every meal we had was of an exceptionally high standard and truly delicious. What really made our stay stand out, however, was the world-class service. The entire team was professional, but we want to give a special heartfelt thanks to Alesha. Her attentiveness, warm hospitality, and dedication to ensuring every detail was perfect made our trip so much more relaxing. She truly went above and beyond for us. If you’re looking for a top-tier luxury experience in Phuket, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

Infinite Luxury on the surface but cracks underneath!
Kata Rocks is a beautiful resort and our loft villa with ocean views looked the part. However, during our 7 day stay we constantly had to deal with the smell of blocked drains and open pits just outside our room. Our villa was tired in places and we had to complain to get torn window shades fixed. At $1800 per night we expected more. The resort seemed to be mismanaged with very inexperienced staff who just didn’t know how to deal with issues. I think they thought they would just go away! Other issues were locked out of the room, due to electrical issues, speaker hanging off the ceiling, outdoor furniture a bit dirty. The breakfast staff and buggy drivers were all great! Infinite Luxury as a management company need to bring these villas up to standard that they are sold at.
