I wasn't even out of the car when I heard "welcome home" from reception and the bag helpers. By far the best location in phuket, especially Patong.

“The hotel has an excellent location right on Patong Beach with direct access to the beach, which made it very convenient. The price was also very reasonable compared to other places in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The best part was the staff — everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Latifah, the reception manager, who was very nice and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff, unbeatable location near Bangla Road, and decent rooms. Downside: the lighting in rooms is too dim.
The staff. The staff. The staff. I can’t even begin to describe how professional, attentive, and friendly the staff is. They truly go out of their way to help you – even with things that have nothing to do with your stay at the hotel. And they always strike up a friendly conversation. I know that Thailand is known for top-notch service in most places, but trust me, this place is different. As for the hotel itself, its location is probably the best location in Patong. 2 minute walk from Bangla road, and from every single thing you could possibly need during your vacation. Also, it has a McDonald’s right next to it that’s always open. The rooms are alright, got everything you need, not the sexiest I’ve seen but they get the job done. We booked a pool access room – very recommended. Overall, I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Phuket.

In the heart of Patogn Beach
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and staffed by a team that’s both professional and genuinely helpful. It’s a great choice for adults looking for a relaxing stay. Keep in mind, it’s located in one of the busiest and liveliest areas—so the nightlife and shenanigans are just steps away. That said, the property prioritizes security and guest safety, which is reassuring. The rooms are spotless, and the on-site restaurant is excellent—plus, it’s all set right on a stunning beachfront location. Highly recommended!
