The Naka Phuket

Had one of the most incredible dining experiences at Wiwa Restaurant at The Naka Phuket. The 5-course beachfront dinner was absolutely unforgettable—from the Thai-style lobster to a flavorful soup and a perfectly balanced mixed appetizer. And the mango sticky rice? Easily the best I’ve ever had. What truly made the night stand out was the service. The staff went above and beyond—attentive, warm, and genuinely next level. The entire experience felt elevated from start to finish. I would honestly come back to this resort just for this dinner alone with Whiskey and Dang. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable beachfront dining experience in Phuket.

This is the second time we have visited this hotel and I would still recommend it. It’s got great views looking out to sea and the staff are great. The staff that drive you around the resort are amazing and always prompt. However after stopping only 7 days this time as stayed at another hotel first in Raiwa I just feel it’s lacking something. Not sure if it’s because it was a bigger hotel but you seem to not get any rapport with the staff as we did at the other. The breakfast was good but just sometimes filled with pretentious guests with no manners! I do feel the sky bar could be promoted better as every time we went there was only us there. Didn’t eat in the restaurant this time apart from a light lunch which was ok as enjoy going out. I was also slightly annoyed that no one thanked us for choosing the hotel again!

I would like to compliment the hotel for the excellent service. I was very impressed, especially with Ying, Eva, and Jeab. They were all so kind, attentive, and friendly. Also, Tong, View, Tian, and Mind always had bright smiles and provided such warm and welcoming service. They truly made the atmosphere feel comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I really appreciate all the team for making my experience so special 💛 The hotel is very peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to sleep comfortably.
