Beautiful location with excellent modern suites with wonderful luxurious facilities. First and foremost very unbelievably kind staff. Nothing was too much trouble and delivered with such politeness. Breakfast - you could not better with the variety and standard of cuisine. The Head Chef was to be seen regularly checking things in a very low key way. Still missing it! The staff were amazingly attentive especially in the restaurant - remembering our names from day 1 and our request for the 11 of us to be seated together. Our waiter Pok did a fantastic job, as did his female assistant. Thank you all of you. Our granddaughter had a small injury. The Health Spa sent one of their lotions to soothe it, the hotel sent a beautiful array of fruit for her to share, and also sent a very kind letter wishing her well soon. Service was excellent, as was cleanliness and all of the facilities. Top notch. Thank you Naka.

We had a great experience here. Our villa was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the privacy and serene views as we stayed in an ocean front villa. I have to say that the service at this hotel is top notch. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. They accommodated all of our requests and the service was fast every time. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. There was a good variety of traditional breakfast items such as an egg station, pancakes, and also fried rice, noodles and dumplings. The room service was also fast and the food was fresh and delicious every time.

The villa rooms are beautiful, large and amazingly designed. Each villa has a private pool. The hotel is quiet and suitable for couples. The staff was attentive to our needs and did everything to make our vacation unforgettable.Thank you Riki and Eyal

A real 5 start hotel, everything was perfect, clean and quite, everyone was so nice and super welcoming, food amazing, room service anytime, very quick, pool and spa amazing, the beach was private and so blue, I recommend 1000% Thank you for this amazing experience

This lovely hotel sits on a bay high on the hill side in between Kamala beach and Pa tong. If you want privacy and a quiet stay this is the place for you. We stopped in a three story ,three bedroom villa overlooking the bay with our own pool overlooking the sea and the whole hotel complex. These rooms were absolutely fantastic and one of the best villas we have ever stopped in with an absolutely beautiful view. You have buggy service to take you everywhere as it can be a long walk to the sky bar or the lobby depending where your room is situated. This is all enabled by an app which to be honest works great and extremely easy to use. The staff are always helpful and friendly. We only ate at the ala carte restaurant on our first night due to being tired and bad weather. It was good but we would rather eat out in the local towns to get the authentic Thailand. Also compared to eating locally the hotel price was more than treble , which to be honest just didn’t seem worth it. Therefore as you are going to want to eat out for value for money along with variety of menu. You will need to get a taxi, which are cheap using the grab app but mounts up over your stay. It only seems expensive in the hotel as Thailand is generally so cheap in the towns. Generally a lovely place to visit but would have liked a bit more life.
