The views at Naka Phuket are absolutely stunning and are without a doubt the highlight of the property. The location is beautiful, and the villas have incredible potential. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not live up to the setting. The cleanliness of the property was below the standard expected for a luxury resort, and housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay. Service was also noticeably slow, whether ordering items or requesting assistance. The most disappointing part of our stay was that several members of our group became ill after eating room service. While it’s impossible to determine the exact cause with certainty, the timing strongly suggested a food-related issue, which significantly impacted our holiday. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of management engagement. I requested to speak with the manager multiple times during our stay, but those requests were ignored and no meaningful follow-up was provided. When guests raise serious concerns, especially regarding health and safety, they should feel heard and supported. For a resort with such spectacular views and premium pricing, much greater attention needs to be paid to cleanliness, food safety, service standards, and guest relations. The scenery is unforgettable, but unfortunately the overall experience fell far below expectations.

The staff at The Naka were incredible—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their service made the whole stay feel effortless and special, honestly like the best in the world. I’d come back just for them.

Absolutely Wonderful staff with amazing care for details , impeccable service, beautiful views and a very good location. Super clean and overall a very good resort, i wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Special thanks to new from the reception for her amazing dedication and service and wonderful attitude.
