I highly recommend staying here. The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Neu who was extremely helpful and attentive.

Ice is truly exceptional! His hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail are on another level. I honestly find myself dining at the hotel’s restaurant almost every day because of the wonderful experience he creates. He makes you feel genuinely welcomed, remembered, and valued every single time. People like Ice are what make a restaurant more than just a place to eat — they make you want to come back. He is an absolute credit to the hotel and deserves the highest recognition for his outstanding service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremey dissapointing stay - the hotel is jaded and needs urgent repairs. Rooms have black tiles many of which have stains - the polish wood work is peeling off and need urgent maintemance..The photographs on their website are misleading. They stay was not cheap and for the price we paid, Phuket has many better properties. It is as best a 3 star hotel . The staff though is vey freindly and goes all out to please you but all in all please avoid this property.

The reception team and bell staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming. 😊 They were always smiling and greeted us warmly throughout our stay. Very impressed! The bedroom was clean and comfortable, with plenty of pillows and a bed that was just the right softness. I slept very well. 🛏️ Ying was especially lovely and kind. She gave us excellent recommendations and helped us choose the perfect room. All the room amenities were provided, and extra drinking water was available upon request. Overall.
