The Naka Phuket

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Naka Phuket! The property is stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. A huge thank you to the hotel manager, Mahdi, for his warm hospitality and leadership. I also want to give a special shoutout to Pleng, a trainee in the Front Office department, who went completely above and beyond to help me track down my lost bag—her professionalism and kindness were an absolute lifesaver. Lastly, thank you to Kaisan for making our experience so memorable. The entire team delivers top-notch service, and we can't wait to return!

We are disappointed with the current villa view, as it is below our expectations. We specifically requested a high-view villa and were assured it would be arranged the following day, but this has not happened yet. We would really appreciate it if you could kindly prioritize our request and arrange a better-view villa for us.

I loved this hotel it was a good experience and relaxing all the employees was kind and helpful with us specially Ying, new and plang they guided us for the activities and gave us a good price for upgraded thank you ❤️

The Naka Phuket was another hotel that really impressed me. It has a beautiful design. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Beyond the rooms, there is a large central swimming pool right by the sea, which makes the setting even more special. My family and I also had a meal at the hotel, and the food was delicious. Ying was lovely, warm, and very welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The Naka Phuket is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay, especially great design, and a relaxing atmosphere.
