The Naka Phuket

The hotel is good in surroundings and ambience. However, I would like to offer a genuine advice on their food quality. I am disappointed with the f&b as I tried the breakfast as well as food by the pool. The room service shares the same choices as the poolside too, and it is really disappointing. The quality of the food , as well as the taste is below average. In fact, i would say bluntly that food at shopping malls taste better than this. I can feel that the cooking totally lack passion and creativity. I tried all the food at breakfast, and at the poolside cocktails as well as a burger. I generally hope you could improve on the food variety and quality as I would revisit your hotel again.

The design is very good, the staff is enthusiastic, and the room environment is excellent. The hotel has separate communication software where you can input your own language, which is very convenient. The food is delicious. Unfortunately, it rained, so I will have to come back to try the barbecue next time.

Perfect location for a beach holiday with amazing service offerings and attention to detail. The private beach in a bay offers privacy, with two great restaurants on the property, excellent fitness centre with Sauna, Steam and an excellent instructor who offered us great lessons on cardio and stretching. My daughter loved the kids play area and the staff were overall very responsive and accommodative of all our requests during the 6 day stay. Being located close enough to Kamala and Patong beaches is a plus for quick local tours and food.

I had a wonderful stay at The Naka Hotel. The hotel was beautiful and all the staff were so kind. I also tried the yoga class for the first time, and even without a reservation, they welcomed me warmly. Thank you so much, Tom! Thanks to you, I want to keep learning yoga after I return to Korea. I felt so relaxed and healed during my stay.
