The Naka Phuket

The Naka Phuket… where do I even start?! From the moment my husband and I stepped onto the property, we were treated like royalty. They took care of all of our bags, and everyone greeted us with the biggest smiles. The lobby is absolutely stunning (the view is seriously unreal), and they welcomed us with lavender coconut water and cold towels, which was such a nice touch after traveling. Check-in was super quick and easy, and every single person we met was so kind. As soon as we were done checking in, our villa was ready. They took us there in a buggy and gave us a tour of everything. The villa was even more beautiful in person. It was spotless, and the floor-to-ceiling windows made the views even more incredible. The private pool was one of my favorite parts. The water was always warm, and we spent so much time just relaxing in it. One of the coolest things was the Pocket Concierge. You could literally request anything right from your phone—24-hour room service, extra towels, blankets, toiletries, a buggy to take you anywhere on the property, or even a floating breakfast in your private pool. Everything was so easy, and the service was always fast. The food at the restaurant was AMAZING. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and I honestly didn’t have a single bad meal. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is gorgeous, and the beach is beautiful too. I loved walking around and seeing all the little hermit crabs. The entire resort is surrounded by lush greenery, and you can tell they take so much pride in keeping everything clean and well maintained. The location was also perfect. It’s only about 15 minutes from both Patong and Kamala, so you’re close to everything without feeling like you’re in the middle of all the crowds. It was super easy to call a Bolt or Grab whenever we wanted to go somewhere. There’s even a 7-Eleven right before the entrance to the resort, which was really convenient whenever we wanted to grab snacks or drinks. What really made this place special was the staff. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but I’ve never stayed somewhere where every single employee genuinely seemed happy to help and always went above and beyond. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they truly make you feel special from the second you arrive until the moment you leave.🥹 Thank you to the entire team at The Naka Phuket for making this one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. I honestly didn’t have one bad day here. I completely fell in love with Phuket, and when I come back, I won’t even look at another hotel. I’ll be staying at The Naka every single time.❤️

The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is amazing, the food was delicious, and the level of service was exceptional. Honestly, it’s difficult to find anything to complain about. What impressed me most was the staff. Everyone was always extremely polite, friendly and genuinely willing to help. Whenever I had a question or needed something, it was handled almost immediately. A special thank you to Ice, Eva, Dew and ets— you made our stay even better. Your kindness, attention and willingness to help with absolutely everything did not go unnoticed. You are a huge part of what made this experience so memorable. We were also unexpectedly upgraded to a villa at no extra charge, which was such an amazing surprise and made our stay even more special. Great food, beautiful surroundings, wonderful people and truly outstanding service. We had an amazing time in The Naka Phuket. 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect I could not pick one specific topic to talk about. I only can say that we had a great time. We also tried the romantic dinner and it is amazing specially with Mr. Whisky's service he was so professional and made our dinner as an amazing experience
