The Pavilions Phuket

What can I say? From our first contact and the hotel arranging our “Like a Boss” experience, our whole visit was exceptional from start to finish. This wasn’t cheap by any means but an absolutely fantastic way to start our holiday and well worth it imo. Each and every staff member, from our arrival to our departure were wonderful. There are too many to name everyone, as they were all so amazing, from the buggy drivers, to the lobby staff, no one could do enough for us and were so attentive and friendly. I do feel a special mention is in order for Chom at reception as she made sure our whole arrival by helicopter went seamlessly and any requests from reception were dealt with promptly. Also B-Boy at Firefly. He made our evening meals with his brilliant and friendly service. Also the restaurant manager (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) was always around making sure we had everything we needed and welcoming us for breakfast most days. Our cleaner was also very much appreciated and did an amazing job cleaning up after 5 of us (no mean feat in a 2 storey 3 bed villa). Couple of small negatives. After a day or so we decided to upgrade to the 3 bed villa (which was amazing) to give our teen a bit more privacy. The hotel kindly moved all our bags for us whilst out on a trip so was very easy. The only issue was there are quite a few loose tiles in the pool and also there is only seating for 4 outdoors and 2 sun loungers (the sala bed is in the shade all day). We did feel that there could be more outdoor furniture as the villa is for 6 people so were having to rotate who could use the sun loungers etc. That being said, all the positives outweigh by far, the few small things that could be improved. Honestly one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in the world, and mainly down to the incredible team of staff there. Their service is second to none. They made our holiday perfect in every way. Each and every staff member is a credit to the team and I thank each and every one of them for making our holiday perfect.

I love it!! The welcome was amazing. Excellent customer service l want to thank Wut, Nate, Sol Cee, Como, No1, and Jimmie. Breakfast was delicious the SPA you must try it!! Best massage ever. Clean room with a spectacular view. I saw the best sunset 🌇 was a great experience. Peaceful and relaxing ❤️

Stayed here with my parents and wife, staff couldn't have been nicer and more friendly, pool area and breakfast was great. The grounds were lovely, perfect to get away from it all. The Loft accommodation was superb with amazing infinity pool.

We stayed in a Tropical Villa that was spacious and well appointed. The private pool was very clean and a great alternative to the resort pool. We had a few issues with air conditioning and internet that were handled by management but may go to general maintenance of the Villa. We did not avail of the numerous restaurant offerings preferring to eat at local restaurants, which are close, plentiful and of a good standard and price. The staff were excellent and as is common in other reviews, performed at professional level. Special mention to the breakfast team for their hospitality, service and friendly approach. A great way to start the day.

Fantastic resort great service and amazing food. Free shuttle to the beach and supermarket really handy. We stayed for 4 nights with our 8 year old daughter who also loved every minute. The pool area was never overcrowded. We recommend fireflies for food and definitely the trip to Phi Phi Islands. Thank you to the whole team you are amazing!
