Having travelled extensively around the world, It's not often our expectations are surpassed. However, The Pavilions Phuket certainly did. Value for money, quality of accommodation, staff, food were all outstanding. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of some resorts but within easy access of a vibrant bar/restaurant scene in Boat avenue. The Pavilions brand is definitely one I will follow from now on as they build the chain of these boutique resorts, which I think currently stand at around 19. Well done all.

I never wanted to leave and I'm already planning my next visit to The Pavillions. The space is so calming and beautiful, surrounded by jungle. The staff are absolutely amazing and the kindest people you will meet. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

Checkin process was smooth and pleasant. I have booked villa with sea view to celebrate my wife’s birthday and asked staff to help me to arrange surprise as best as possible. Staff helped me to get flowers, balloons and also dinner on our villa. Everything was so nice and smooth that I even didn’t worried about how it will go. For flowers and balloons they sent me list with the prices and photos so I knew how everything will look. Definitely one of the best places I have been not only in Thailand but also in other trips.

Location, amenities and in particular staff all help make this resort one not to be overlooked. We have stayed here twice now and will be visiting again.
