Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was exceptional. The villa was stunning and offered a truly luxurious experience. Everything was perfectly organized, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and honestly, everything about our stay was wonderful. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️✨

Absolutely surreal experience. First, the resort is stunning, with a tropical luxury feel. Second, the staff have gone above and beyond their call of duty at every opportunity. I was provided with all the amenities you could think of; even a HDMI cable for the TV. When feeling poorly, they sent a selection of teas including ginger and honey to help speed my recovery. I want to particularly thank Wut for the unwavering dedication and support he offered to us. He spent time with us on most days and gave great insight into the must see spots of Phuket, including what time to go to avoid all the crowds. Overall, with the quality of food, gym access, the hotel room itself, and support from reception and staff, it was a 10/10 experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing spot , really helpfull staff, very clean

Location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and one in lifetime sceneries if you stay in the Villa. The villa room is just exotic and full of life, it’s amazing and overviewing Phuket and its mountains. Cleanliness is 10/10 though I didn’t like the smell of glass cups and plates since they use dishwasher, Service and Staff are 100/10; Sujan was amazing server at the Firefly Restaurant, and for someone who awakes from sleeping by tiny noises; the noise level was the lowest I had in any hotel I’ve visited.

The place is amazing and perfect as well as the service . Everything there was superior , especially the man named “Sujan” at firefly restaurant he was super professional and friendly. Thank you so much for this memorable experience.
